Experience Pullman's Mexican food at these fantastic spots.
“Best Mexican food in the Palouse and it's not even close. I usually only go to restaurants once every couple weeks, and I choose Nuevo Vallarta almost every time. The prices are fair and the food is phenomenal. The service is excellent as well. I almost never have any issues but when I do the issue is taken seriously and resolved quickly with care. Cannot recommend this place enough“
“Dependably good authentic Mexican takeaway. The Taco Tuesday deals are fantastic. Be prepared for long lines especially during school semesters if the weather is nice. Jarritos and horchata are usually available. I didn't see an option for flour tortillas. Seating around the truck is sociable but somewhat limited if they're busy. Use the hill trail for easy walking from College Hill.Parking: Drive carefully!! Many pedestrians share the access road.“
“Tried Rancho Viejo on a visit to Pullman. Their food is well executed and portions are good. The plate sizes are enough to feed one and a half small people. We ordered a couple of different dishes to share, and all were very tasty, but the sides were the same across all the dishes, so I would have liked to see some variety and different techniques to showcase mexican cuisine. Overall though, I would come back to Rancho Viejo if i were in the area.Service was excellent!“
“The food here is fantastic. Moving here from New Mexico, it's the best food that I've had in the PNW. It's home cooking taste and feel in a restaurant. The owner is always there, and she truly makes you feel welcome. We have eaten there many times since they opened for business and can say with no hesitation that every dish we've tried is delicious.Parking: In downtown Pullman. There is some parking lot parking around the corner and lots of street parking. That said, it depends on time and day how hard it is to find a space. With that, the food makes it worth it“
