This place deserves five stars for just how long it's been in business in Pullman, Washington. I don't know if any of their establishment that's been in there anywhere near as long. This place has a decent bear selection in an okay menu. Irish style pub.
Awesome place to play pool! The upstairs area is entirely dedicated to housing the 3 relatively well-maintained/groomed pool tables. 75 cents per game, just in case you're curious.As far as the rest of, "what makes a bar good"... I can only speak to my own expense and opinion (obviously), but, in the short amount of time I've been frequenting this joint; I've been quite satisfied with the "atmospheric" elements. The oldest bar in Pullman and one of the few with pool. The back bar is absolutely beautiful and worth the visit alone if you like old school all wood bars.Phenomenal place to grab a pint and a bag of popcorn.Catch jazz there every once in awhile if you are lucky.
