Great ambience, food, and people. Met some friends here who hadn't been back to Pullman since graduating 20 years ago. As she mentioned, "It would have been nice to have something like this when we were here. All we had was Pete's Bar and Grill."
Always have the best service here, as exemplified by their James Beard award in Hospitality. Seriously, the servers really take the best care of their guests that they can.The food is honestly hit and miss. The cooking crew/chefs have pretty good ideas for higher-end platings and techniques, but the ultimate execution leaves something to be desired. I took my daughter here for her birthday and it was perfect! We shared the clams & chicken. The food was exceptionally delicious and our server (Wiley) was fantastic. He brought her a special dessert with a candle & made her feel extra special. This is our number one pick in all of Eastern WA.Dietary restrictions: My daughter is gluten free & they took good care to make sure no GF issues.
