Every time I pass by this place I get a greeting when it isn't too busy. Their food is always prepared fresh. This is why there can be a wait time, but it's well worth it. If something doesn't taste well, they're ready to replace a substitute with a fresher product.The staff is very friendly and like to offer suggestions on which dip goes best with different flavors of pretzels. I've been going to this place for many years and almost always have a pleasant experience.My favorite pretzel and dip combination is the cinnamon sugar pretzel with caramel dip. There's also the pretzel dog nuggets with hot salsa cheese. The pepperoni nuggets go well with marinara sauce. One new thing I had tried this year was the jalapeno prezel with cream cheese. Yum!Their frozen lemonades are refreshing especially when there's warm weather outside. Their pretzels are an anytime treat to snack on wherever I go.Best place to park to get here quicker in the South Hill Mall Entrance is the one in between Ulta and Target.
We were walking around the mall and wanted to stop by for a snack, so of course Auntie Anne's is a must go! As we walked up and were trying to decide what we wanted, the employees were welcoming and patient with us as we can be very indecisive. Once we decided, they were happy to take our order and were kind enough to give us freshly made pretzels. They called us and handed us our order while we waited at table nearby. Their customer service was friendly to all the other customers that stopped by and their station was clean and organized. They also had a variety of different delicious snacks from pretzels, pretzel dogs, and pretzel nuggets. It was nice to see as other Auntie Anne's from other malls will have low or no pretzels on display. We had our dogs with us, and they even offered us some pup cups for the fur babies, which was super kind of them.

I was 9 months along when I visited. Even though it was almost closing time and they were out of the kind of pretzel I wanted, they prepared me a fresh batch and gave it to me for free, along with some of the other pretzels they had. Incredible hospitality and tasty fare.

Waited 10 min for a dang pretzel on my lunch break. One person on register & two others avoiding to assist with their "lunch rush line" of 10+ people Online order printed when I first got there. Employee passed it off & by the time customer (behind me) came to pick up. It still wasn't ready... 3 employees should be able to kill a line & not have people waiting. Especially during holiday times...

Very disappointed in the service at this location. There's a sign on the pretzel case says buy 4 get 2. No * or fine print on the display card. They told us it's not a written rule but we have been told by the manager that they are not allowed to honor that on a weekend. Technically the RCW require you too honor the advertising. The worst part was how rude the girl was about it. There are plenty of other ways to spend your hard earned money. Pass on this joint. There is no excuse for bad customer service. It wasn't like I was demanding or rude too There staff.
