We were walking around the mall and wanted to stop by for a snack, so of course Auntie Anne's is a must go! As we walked up and were trying to decide what we wanted, the employees were welcoming and patient with us as we can be very indecisive. Once we decided, they were happy to take our order and were kind enough to give us freshly made pretzels. They called us and handed us our order while we waited at table nearby. I was 9 months along when I visited. Even though it was almost closing time and they were out of the kind of pretzel I wanted, they prepared me a fresh batch and gave it to me for free, along with some of the other pretzels they had. Incredible hospitality and tasty fare.

Every time I pass by this place I get a greeting when it isn't too busy. Their food is always prepared fresh. This is why there can be a wait time, but it's well worth it. If something doesn't taste well, they're ready to replace a substitute with a fresher product.The staff is very friendly and like to offer suggestions on which dip goes best with different flavors of pretzels.
