This is a terribly run restaurant. We stopped here to try their new menu. We ordered the Italiano sandwich. What we received had half of the ingredients than the photo or description. It was bead, salad, cheese and peppers. No lettuce or tomatoes as described. And it cost $14. Dint go here. It's really doubtful they will give you the foid you order. ADDED: Panera contacted me, told me they would send me a gift card for another sandwich and that was the last I heard from them. No gift card, no credit on my Panera card.

I enjoyed my lunch at Panera. I have not been in for quite a while because the place had become so untighty. However, it seems they have fixed the problem, and I am thrilled because I really enjoyed their food. Plus, the people working there are now doing a great job.

So apparently they have replaced the roasted turkey and avocado BLT with grilled chicken and avocado BLT. Most of my chicken was frozen and parts that weren't frozen were mushy and fatty. The turkey was so good, I have been eating it for years. I don't think I will be back with such a downgrade in quality. I have parosmia and this was one of my safe meals, there are not many so this is quite sad for me.

While waiting for my food I had the pleasure of chatting with Matt and Ali. Matt was very attentive and personable. Matt was also very proactive with his service very adequate and multitasking and an awesome leader! Not only was he taking care of the deliveries, to go and in store orders, but making sure that the back kitchen was secure, the orders were coming and also walking around to make sure customers were having a good time or their orders were tended to. Ali was on top of making sure that the place looked amazing and as well as asking customers about their day. MATT AND ALI need a raise or a promotion cause oh geez were they on top of it ?? amazing job!!!
Paid $14 and something cents for a sandwich with cheese and avocados with barely any of those ingredients even on it, plus half the amount of a small mac and cheese bowl (it had one scoop if not barely that in it) that was microwaved with burned noodles at the bottom when I was told I’ll have to wait 5 mins for it to get ready… What in the world???? I don’t ever mind paying but what world are we living in ?

I paid for Unlimited Sip Club for the year which allows me to get fountain drinks (soda, coffee, lemonade) every 2 hours. I work nearby and it's convenient. I order on the app and then head to the counter for the cup. Sometimes the guy just hands me a cup after I walk in. The charged lemonades are so nice on a hot summer day when you need caffeine. That's not on the drink counter anymore because of high caffeine content. But if you order on the app, the drink is waiting for me by the pick up shelf. During lunch rushes, the place is so busy with customers but I just get my drink and get out within a minute.

Overcrowded and extremely slow! Like, extremely slow! Don't bother ordering online or from Doordash, they take so long Doordash un-assigns drivers to get other places orders that actually keep up with promised times. Management tries, but corporate has them understaffed. I can only imagine it's from lack of pay/benefits attracting or keeping employees. Either way, AVOID AVOID AVOID, unless you have ALL day to wait.
