I will never go to this Subway again! Upon entering the store I was never greeted. The young woman making sandwiches never smiled and acted as if she was mad at the world and hated her job. The vegetables looked old and it appeared they were out of several toppings such as tomatoes. I ordered the meal of the day which includes a drink but I had to ask for a cup for my soda. Instead of the woman handing me a cup she chose to point and say “the cups are right there.” I politely said I know where all the cups are but I need MY cup. She frowns and acts like I’m inconveniencing her by asking. Keep in mind there were no other customers in the restaurant. Now I understand why! I have never been treated so poorly at a Subway. This employee needs Customer Service training ASAP!

Disappointing experience. The ladies working there were clearly not happy to be there. The veggie patties looked old and I had to throw out half my wrap because they tasted frost bitten. The veggie containers were frozen over and made the veggies look less fresh. The whole place felt cluttered and not inviting. I will avoid this Subway in the future.

This guy had the nerve to roll his ? eyes when I asked for more lettuce and sauce and was rude from his first words to me I will never go to that subway again. And the sandwich wasn't even for me.It was for my gram who likes they sandwiches sorry yall need to teach customer service.

My order was stolen and then I was told I ordered at the wrong Subway even though I showed them the correct order details. After 15 minutes of waiting they finally remade my sandwich. Really bad experience and rude staff.Recently, I ordered another sandwich via the app and it came out horribly. Missing ingredients, wrong add-ons, totally different drink than what I ordered. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the online order process or the staff can’t follow the order properly but this has happened numerous times now. I won’t be going to this location again.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for like $35 total, both were incorrect and missing all added extras that were paid for. Will not go back to this one. I will keep my subway to 1501 e main downtown, that one has never failed

The customer service was terrible! Not sure if the cashiers were upset about something earlier but they do not have to take it out on the customers. They seamed to be in a rush and with attitude when asking what we wanted. Will not be coming back to this Subway. 8/18 @ around 1pm.

I door dashed from this place twice tonight, original order all three sandwiches were just bread, a small amount of sauce, and very little vegetables, no meats, and it was ICE COLD. Second time, the same thing, with a TINY amount of meat, and - if possible - they were even colder.I used to love this subway.I'm thinking the new hires, or even potentially the management themselves, needs EXTENSIVE training. There goes $80 down the drain. Don't waste your time doordashing from this place.

One of the customer service need to be trained how to prepare a sandwich and the other one on how to treat a customer. My sandwich was still in the oven I was asked to make the payment. They didn’t even ask what I want to add to my sandwich. When I asked to add avocado they told me “oh you should have told us before making the payment” in which they rushed for the payment before even the sandwich is out of oven.

I just want to print out notes in all caps and leave them for this owner. There are "signs" all over this restaurant from the owner such as no cell phones on the clock and no coupons accepted. One time I was told by a worker "we aren't allowed to help customers when there's an online order." So these poor staff members are probably being yelled at all day by customers because the owner has a foot long stuck up their butt.
