Just had an incredible meal experience from Sam Choy's Poke to the Max in Redmond, and it's definitely worth sharing. I went for the Maui Bundle, and it did not disappoint! This place is a gem! Loved the Korean fried chicken meal. Reminded me of Zippy's in the best of ways! Their take on spam musubi is pretty special too. So glad this place exists in Redmond!
