“This bakery is exceptional. I only found out about it because I tried their macaroons at a cafe down south in Kent. I was in the area and decided to drop by and get myself a box of macaroons. I ended up buying a piece of cake as well. When walking in, you can tell it's not a sit down place to order and enjoy. The ladies in the back are hard at work and making a ton of desserts. I got 2 of each flavor they had from the macaroons. I've been to Paris and I didn't even like macaroons as much as I did these. That's how good they are. The inside is clean, well maintained and I loved the woman who served me. She made sure I was taken care of and helped me carry things to the car. Can't wait to be back. This is my favorite macaroon spot!”

“I have visited this restaurant at Redmond location twice now. On my first visit, I was served by Mercedes, and today by Jessica. Both servers provided excellent service ??. The food was consistently delicious and met my expectations. As a vegetarian, I opted for the 'Grilled Veggie Hash' dish, which features a unique sautéed style hash brown with assorted vegetables and the option to add one egg cooked to your preference. This dish is a personal favorite of mine. The ambiance of the restaurant creates a welcoming vibe, making it a place I look forward to visiting more often. “I was invited out to lunch by a friend and he recommended we go to Matt's Oyster Lounge. It's located in the Redond Plaza. My friend and I walk in and are immediately greeted by the hostess and waiter(s). After being seated, my friend is friends with a chef there. We ordered the Salmon chowder which was delicious. Calamari, with roasted red peppers, absolutely delicious and King Salmon fish sandwich, which wasn't flavorful, though edible.”

The salmon burger had a large, thickish piece of salmon, a gorgeous bun that was tender but also held up well and the hand cut fries were some of the best we have ever had. Deeply golden brown, tender but not soggy and plenty of crispy bits. The large pretzel was good and the ahi salad was fresh and flavorful with a really nice combination of heat, spices and textures.”

“Sunday brunch is amazing. The sausage gravy was so delicious (I’m picky about gravy) and the fried chicken was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The biscuits are perfectly buttery and not overly flaky. We tried the firebread which was really good as well. I love spicy food so it was perfect for me. The pomegranate mimosa and the perfect amount of bubbles and the perfect amount of pomegranate. Based on this experience I think we would have been happy with anything we tried here. So yum!”

I ordered a side of fries and when I asked for ketchup was told that it was an extra 50 cents. What the heck? Who charges for condiments?! Onion rings apparently come with your choice of a dip (ketchup), for afrre, but for fries there's no such option on the ordering app, and you have to walk to the counter to ask for ketchup, and pay for it... This is hospitality 101, and totally unacceptable. If you feel fries and ketchup should cost $4.50, then charge $4.50. Don't charge $4.00 for fries and then $.50 for ketchup. I'm glad I wasn't charged for salt.”

“Every Wednesday night, they have trivia. They also have open mic comedy nights and karaoke. Many, many screens to watch the games from. The atmosphere is definitely fun. Everyone is welcomed don't get me wrong, they have their locals / regulars, but those of us visiting for the first time immediately become part of the family. The bartenders are great. Shout out to my favorite bartender, Rachel!! They have a great variety of drinks and food options. You have to try their chicken Ceasar Wrap! There is plenty of seatting, a couple of pool tables, and of course the jukebox, fun fact they have an app you can use to control the jukebox and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend you stop by for a drink or two.”

If you want to explore any north Indian style restaurants I would recommend this in Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell and Bellevue area. They also have a lunch menu after 3 so if you want to have a late lunch or an early dinner, you can dine here. While they have a lot of parking space, it's a busy restaurant so you may not find one. Food :4/5, Service:4/5, cleanliness: 4/5, Parking 3/5, accessibility:5/5.”

“The food was amazing to say the least and aside from that, what I really thought was great was how attentive all the staff was. I noticed how they were paying attention to every table as they passed by without stopping or interrupting conversations they payed close attention to what may or may not be needed. The food was also served quickly, much faster than I would have expected.All of it was perfect and delicious. Expensive but worth every penny.Kid-friendliness: I think it's a fine place for kids. I had all of my children and we did just fine. They do not cater to children but they have a great kids menu.”

It wasn't long of a walk for the wheelchair ramp, as most have a trend of ridiculous lengths to keep wheelchair users away or ashamed.”

“Grabbed dinner with a close friend [to catch up] and they were adamant on this particular location- while at first I was reluctant [we both live more North and commute south to Redmond] afterwords I understood why. Everything about the experience proved to be a memorable experience [which catching up with a good friend can also contribute to]: despite having not the most ideal seats [high bar tables] due to the business at the particular time we went [~7:30 pm]; the environment, food, and service quickly quenched any distaste. I remember making a mental note of seeing how the waiters/waitresses interacted with one another in between making their rounds and how it acts as a testament of the apparent good environment- they appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs which in turn makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Long story short, I can now see why Matador is my friends' favorite restaurant!”

“Sunday brunch is amazing. The sausage gravy was so delicious (I’m picky about gravy) and the fried chicken was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The biscuits are perfectly buttery and not overly flaky. We tried the firebread which was really good as well. I love spicy food so it was perfect for me. The pomegranate mimosa and the perfect amount of bubbles and the perfect amount of pomegranate. Based on this experience I think we would have been happy with anything we tried here. So yum!”

“I went here with my husband and we split both the gilled and fried chicken sandwich. The food was very flavorful, the grilled was less spicy than the fried. Both tasted good but my favorite was the fried one because the flavor was really intense and although spicy not overwhelming. Its like a black pepper kinda hot/spice level. The worker was very friendly and attentive, the place was very clean! Because of that we definitely recommend coming here! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't like having to use a QR Code to find out how much everything is. When you already have an open menu. Or that nothing came or could come together, and that it wasn't clear what to do with your trash. That aside it was prefect! It's a little hard to spot from the road and the sign is kinda hidden but if you happen to find it please try it! Well worth the price!”

“Cute place to get your healthy drinks and snacks! So many great options to choose from, whether you want a smoothie or an açaí bowl. I got the Coffee Kickstart for myself and a dragon fruit bowl and an açaí mango bowl for the kids. They were all amazingly delicious Customer service was great and the owner even took time to greet and chat with the customers. I'm hooked and definitely coming back!”
