“Just happened to stop in here on a walk to grab a drink. Good selection of ciders. The bartender was very friendly and prompt even though it was somewhat busy that night. They have a nice and clean unisex restroom, with completely private stalls, for those who are interested.“

Great beer, incredible food, and great atmosphere (check that electric fireplace that was throwing off a lot of heat on a cold day).My friends and I really liked the tortillas chips for the chips and salsa. Such a small thing but had us questioning how they were made because they were so good. I also had the quesadillas which had a crispy cheese shell—delicious. Definitely would recommend Standard Brewing.“

“What a great experience. We waved to try some of Seattle's local brews, so we thought we'd head downtown. This was suggested by a couple of guys we met at Seattle brewing. Great choice it was. Staff was super friendly. Dominique, our waiter, was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great time with an excellent view.“

They have tons of games, puzzles, and a great area for kids to play while their parents relax and enjoy beer. Hill City is also dog friendly, both inside and on their covered seating area out front.“

“One of our friends described this very Seattle brewery perfectly: You see people playing D&D while the Seahawks are playing. Beers are brewed in house! We love playing games and hanging out here. Friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. I mean, how can you beat hanging out, drinking and playing board games while watching sci-fi films / Seahawks games? Strangely to some, the most impressive aspect is the restroom setup. Gender neutral rooms with tampons/pads on hand for those who need them. For those who don't typically see this setup, it's kind of a big deal and helps this brewery stand out.“

“Chanced upon this brewery while exploring downtown Seattle. Getting a flight with six of the ten cider selections was a no-brainer. I have enjoyed both the all-year and seasonal ciders with Cinnful Cranberries and Oak Vanilla as two top favs. Would have stayed longer if they serve food 'cause a panini or some bar food would have paired perfectly.“

“Always nice tap selection and good food. Indoor and outdoor seating.On 3/24, we had a Swiss Mushroom burger, house fries, grilled Brussel sprouts and the crab cakes. The crab cakes were not as good as they usually are. A bit overcooked today. Burger and sprouts were good. The Red Ale was nice.“

There are lots of tables that were hosting trivia on one end, a work party on the other end, and plenty of other seats for this that's don't want to do any of those events. Beer is great and there's always a good food truck outside.“

“We came here for a drink so can only speak to service and drinks. The menu is extensive! Lots of beers on tap (no surprise) and then a full bar with cocktails too. There was a food menu too (lots of options) but we were just here for the drinks. We had a group of 5. It was during the cold, snowy January 2024 weekend so it wasn't packed. We were seated right away. Service was friendly. Drinks were tasty. I'd definitely come back for a longer visit and try the food.“

Service is what matters at this point and they have the one and only Mr. Tee here!We were two families (with two 3 years old) here trying to use our priority pass within a short window, and he helped us getting the food we wanted, maxed out the balance we have from the priority pass, in a quick turnaround even packed the left over without any delay getting to our boarding time.He was also flying around helping other customers. “We walked in to get a quick drink after a long day of touring around town. The beer ranged from 4% to 11.4%, a great spread. I tried the grapefruit seltzer, which is on the light end (very light that I barely tasted anything), and family tried the flight with a few IPAs.Drinks are expensive in Seattle. One beer plus a flight came to be around $35. Would be around maybe $20-22 in Los Angeles. But it’s Seattle haha.“

“I love this place, amazing drinks and solid food. Definitely my favorite brewery in the Seattle area. The staff is very kind and attentive. The food is delicious! Can't ask for a better environment especially towards warmer weather where they open up their outside seating. Been here many times and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend their beers, super refreshing and fresh. I personally like their Kellerbier and the Jumbo Juice IPA.“

“We had the Bacon Cheese Burger, Hammerhead Cheesesteak Sandwich. Both were very juice and tasty. Fries & Tater tots were very good.. crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. So glad we decided to get dessert to avoid the Kraken traffic..the Tan & Brownie was amazingly delicious. Great, friendly, pleasant and attentive service from Mila, our server at the bar.“

“Went last nite for the first time. It felt a little weird being seated. There was a waitress with glasses that skipped the party in front of us to be seated. We asked her if we could sit in a booth further into the dining area and she said no. It felt like she seated us in another person’s section so she could pick the tables she was waiting on. We ended up getting a super nice waitress and she was on it. The food was perfect and the overall experience was great.“

“Food and service at the table were amazing! Get the homemade chips! Would go back again since the food was good, but do want to share why we did not give an overall 5 star rating. We did have an odd experience when getting seated that has left a few questions on our minds. We checked in at the host stand and were told we could go sit in the bar. When we sat down at a bar table (many available tables), a server told us we could not sit there and to go check in. We told him we had checked in and he said we couldn’t sit there. Very unwelcoming. We headed back to the host stand. There were also several tables available in the dining area, but the host ushered us to a back room that appeared it could serve as a small banquet room. It was okay, but certainly did not have the vibe of the restaurant (the restaurant vibe and decor is what makes it such a cool place). Had great food! When leaving, we walked through the bar to take in some of amazing memorabilia and took note that by this time, all the restaurant and bar tables had been filled. And also took note that we were a different demographic than many of the other customers. It did cause us to pause and ask ourselves - did we not fit the look they wanted out front or in the bar? Why isn’t the back room reserved only for overflow rather than primary seating?“

“Great beer and food! Cool little place with all of Pikes beers on tap. Great sausages and pretzels as well. Came here for lunch while on a business trip would highly recommend for a team building meeting place or just relax and catch the game.“
