“Local place with a wide selection of beers, tasty food and nice atmosphere. The service is very friendly and down to earth. Both my wife and I, as well as our kids, really like the place. Outside seating is nice, especially in the summers, and they allow dogs in the patio area.“

“This is my go-to spot in Renton for good food and cocktails. The panang poutine/ panang salmon, bulgogi tots, brussel sprouts, and salmon sandwich are all super good! I'm working my way through the menu. The chopped cheese is decent, but the bulgogi cheesesteak is better and after having a bite of hubby's is the next thing I'm going to order because that bite was not enough for how good it is. The udon cheesy noodles are very rich and indulgent. I'll be back again for sure.Parking: It's in a weird spot so parking is interesting and can be difficult at peak times. The parking area is shared with a gas station and a few other restaurants.“

“Affordable American fare. They have a senior menu as well. They did a good job with everything, not disappointed. The bacon I got was soooo good! Let them know if you don't like your bacon as crispy as it's shown in the pic, I like my bacon crispy- the flavor of the fat was outta this world. Overall a decent down-home place. Could work on their interior though, add some character. Service was warm and friendly.Kid-friendliness: I saw some kid drawings hung up next to the cashiers area, thought that was sweet.Wheelchair accessibility: There was someone in a wheelchair while we were there, so its accessible :) they have a ramp and tables you can pull the chair up to.“

“This place is great. Randy was our server, sweet, polite and attentive. We got our beverages, and our food, fast! It was busy and we didn't notice at all because the service was outstanding. My friend Brandon and I will definitely be returning very soon.*The walls are lined with TVS. Any sporting events? This is the jam. Everyone was SUPER polite and VERY proficient at what they do. I highly recommend this family owned Renton gem. Check it out for yourself, ask for Randy, she is a doll!“

“It was hard selecting something on the menu, there was so many appetizing things! What we did get, nachos chicken sliders and bacon wrapped cream cheese balls were REALLY good with nice sized portions. The drinks are generous as well! Happy customer, will be back. Highly recommend!“

“Tried this place for the first time and I was very impressed. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. I ordered a cheese burger, fries and a drink. You can fill your own drink and there was a water dispenser. The fries were crisp and very tasty. Not to salty. Now for the burger. It was large with all of the fixings. The beef was good quality, not greasy. I had to really grip the burger to get a nice bite. The meal was very filling. Will I be back ......ABSOLUTELY. Side note, there is plenty of parking. Please stop by this Renton Highlands restaurant.“

“We always get great service at Vino. The pear and bacon flatbread and Brussels sprouts were very good. The caprese salad left a bit to be desired, since the tomatoes were unripe and flavorless. I ordered a 3oz pour of wine because I wasn't sure I'd like it. Unfortunately, I was accidentally brought a 6oz pour and ended up not caring for it but had to pay for the larger size. I normally would have gently pointed out the error (which wasn't a big deal, especially if I had enjoyed the wine), but we were in a hurry to get to a movie. Of course we'll be back, but this wasn't the typical 5-star visit.“

“We're from Texas so places like Jimmy Mac's feel like home for us. Not many places let you throw peanut shells on the floor. Just laid back family friendly atmosphere. I was craving a steak and potato. I definitely got what I wanted. My husband wasn't too happy with his piece of steak. But our waiter took care of us.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly“

“Old...old standby place for us from years ago. Best part is after visiting tonight after not being there for quite a few years things are still excellent. Great service, food and atmosphere and friendly people.Tonight's special was chicken pot pie and 3 of us had it very good also family members have had the beef strogonoff, which is a Tuesday special I guess, which they say is the very best they have had anywhere.“
“This is THE best poker room on the coast. A lady hit a 10k spade royal today. 15 tables going and a hell of a wait list. If you're playing for is half price and that's a heck of a deal. Do yourself a favor and order a Vietnamese coffee. Spot on“
“The proximity of this hotel to the airport is a huge plus - but it doesn’t have the ‘airport row’ feel which is an even bigger bonus. We chose it for its proximity to SeaTac but also for its location on the water and near I5 and the 405. This is a busy place especially on the weekends. During our stay two large weddings took place (made for great people watching). Parking is very close by and easy but there is also a valet. We dined at the hotel one night and it was good…..not great but good. The bar is lively and on a pretty day the view just cannot be beat. Housekeeping is great when it’s on point - but the first day we returned to our room at 4 to find it hadn’t been touched. A housekeeper was down the hall but told us we had to call to request service — wish that had been made clear at check in because it certainly was never mentioned. If in the area again we would stay at this property again for the view and the location.“

“Very cool and laid back spot. The pizza was delicious along with all the fried goodness of the appetizers. I came with coworkers as I was visiting Renton and someone recommended it. So glad they did. This location must be a staple because it was packed!Highly recommend the pizza and any appetizer (we ordered ALL of them). ?“

“Great bar good food fun karaoke what more could you ask for! I've been going here since just before COVID to do karaoke. The staff is always friendly security makes you feel safe and the food is always yummy. I like the mix of music people sing and it's the kind of place where you always run into someone you know. Great spot to start or end your bar crawl or to stay for a while. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they don't always have the songs I want to sing however the song catalog is very large. Could just be the songs I'm picking, who knows. But at the end of the day it's a great time.“

“Cheese Blintzes disguised as a very sweet desert or breakfast crepe. Delete the topping of some white icing plus a cinnamon syrup, and sliced strawberries, than ask for your sour cream and you have a tasty dish that is very close to a back east cheese blintz. It's good for the soul.Vegetarian options: Large menu with veggie dishes and staff is willing to accept substitution on items. I“

“Great diner with amazing, freshly cooked breakfast. Coffee was piping hot with endless refills.Only one waitress on duty managing about 10-12 tables - amazing friendly service, and she made time for friendly interactions with all customers.Service was fast, just as you would expect at a family diner.I rated 4* for Atmosphere - the furnishings are looking dated and worn. But maybe that's the charm?“
“I popped into silver dollar about a year ago for some social time. I wasn't a gambler by any means but was curious about card games and it was always tough to learn at the big casinos, especially when all the plexiglass glass was still up and you couldn't hear anyone talk through their masks.I walked in and was invited to sit down at pai gow and watch how it was played. The dealers explained the hands, and how the game is played for me. The other players at the table also explained things and were super friendly, chatty and welcoming. They were always there to lend a hand and make sure when I started to play that I was playing it right. The atmosphere was very laid back and the dealers were always super friendly.I would stop by now and again and play around with $100 here and there. Running into familiar faces, continuing conversations, and blowing off a little steam was welcome after so long in hibernation during the pandemic.I became a regular and was treated to comps and match play, drawings, and usually won some money here and there. But most importantly treated as a friend by other players and of course the staff and dealers. The dealers are top-notch. Many of them have or do sit on the other side of the table and understand the feelings of winning and losing. They are empathetic and caring, always compassionate if you're having a bad luck day and always trying to be helpful to bring you back by sharing tips or ideas on how to double up. It doesn't always work but they try.I see a lot of negative comments about service, and I know there are limitations at times due to only one server on staff covering an entire floor, the bar, and the restaurant. Not to mention bar backing, cleaning, restocking, prepping, and everything in between. Some of you complainers need to learn a little patience and compassion.. and not to mention, how to tip.. bless your hearts..Anyways, it's not what I'd call classy, or luxury, but it's comfortable. If you're looking for a place to chill out, maybe learn a new game, or make some friends, it's definitely the place to be. I've visited various other card rooms and haven't felt the same level of comfort as silver dollar renton.“

“Brought my dad here for a birthday breakfast, this was my third time dining here. We both ordered the country fried steak which never disappoints, it's amazingly good. Their hashbrowns are a little on the bland side but that seems to be common, they probably want to let you season it to your liking. It's a cozy local diner, the wait staff is nice but I will say this time around we didn't really get the service I had come to expect given it wasn't really busy in the restaurant. Had to wait a pretty long time for our check and boxes but other than that, good dining experience.“

“Scott provided excellent service the entire night! Mark Ryan The Chief is an excellent Cabernet. I had the Wagyu burger and fries. I’m typically not a burger guy but it was cooked to perfection! This location has amazing scenery. I enjoyedoverlooking the water and seeing the mountains and part of the city skyline. 10/10!“

“Crave-worthy hash browns and VIP toast! This hidden gem is your new brunch BFF.Ditch the chain restaurants and dive into this charming hole-in-the-wall breakfast joint. The diner vibes are real, the prices are wallet-friendly, and the portions are king-size. But the real hero here is the hash browns: crispy, fluffy edges with a perfectly soft center. Every. Single. Time. And can we talk about the buttered toast? Like, buttery perfection. Seriously, who butters your toast anymore? These guys get it. It's the little things, right? This spot is my go-to brunch haven, but it's definitely underrated. Spread the word! You won't regret it.“
