I do not want a large pho. I want a regular pho with extra noodles.They always charge me for a large pho, even when I call in a take-out order or order online. They act like they are doing me a favor but in reality they are giving me a bigger bowl with extra broth and meat but the same amount of noodles.I know what I am ordering. Please just charge me $3 for the extra noodles. I assure you I do want the noodles and not more of your bland broth and meat to disguise the mediocrity!

This is what I expect when I go to a place for Pho and what was even better was it just because there’s a worker shortage looking at we have little robots to deliver your food to your table. I love that nobody gets burned. It’s good conversation starter came here for a work lunch and really really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Soooo sad. Just worked 16 hours and thought I was getting off to eat some delicious pho. I’m so disappointed and I hate to leave a bad review because the customer service was AMAZING. I ordered meatball pho and added shrimp… for $21. Left a $3 tip. The meatballs came thinly sliced and the shrimp came in a snack sized zip lock of 3 shrimp. THREE SMALL SHRIMP for an extra $5/$6 is INSANE. Like my mind is blown that someone would literally put THREE pieces of shrimp in a ziplock and think a customer would be happy. The broth also lacked so much flavor. I’m so sadddd. Again the customer service was amazing and they let me order take out at 11:55pm when they close at midnight. I feel bad for complaining but I might as well ordered beef or chicken if they were going to rip me off like this.

Not impressed, several minor things topped off with being charged for food I didn't order, didnt recieve and did not eat. I find out later through emailed receipt because they did not provide a receipt. I was there for ~4 hours and they didn't provide a check to close, then when I went up to pay, they didn't give a receipt to review, 0 attempts to resolve. They got their payment and tip, no need to return. Pho and appetizers are available elsewhere.

The place is very nice, clean and welcoming. Not used to their broth, has an off taste for me. Place is expensive and my “ large “ pho compared to a lot of other places I’d consider it a “ small “ portion.
