Just taking a moment to share a disappointing experience. Today, I encountered the worst customer service. I asked the front desk attendant, Megan, if they could please swap my boys' noodles because they had too many onions, but unfortunately, they said it wasn't possible and offered something else instead. It's frustrating to have paid over $47 for food and not be able to get a simple request fulfilled. To add to the disappointment, they didn't provide a receipt, even though I waited for the items that weren't ready.I won't be returning to that facility, and I hope you and your family don't have to experience something like this.

I was in the mood for greasy comfort food and I thought I would hit up Panda Express. Knowing that the drive thru is slow, I thought I would speed things up by ordering online. Big mistake! I was told you can't pick up online orders in the drive thru. Annoying, but okay, whatever. I waited until my order should have been ready and went in the restaurant. It wasn't ready, they were waiting on an item to finish cooking. Okay. I wait some more. Many people were getting their orders through the drive thru and in line in the restaurant. I saw an empty spot in the warming pans and thought that was the item I was waiting on. After some more waiting and further inspection, the empty place was not what I was waiting on. The item I wanted was done and being dished out to customers ordering in line. Finally, someone saw my grouchy face and looked for my order. It was packaged up, but without the one item I had been waiting on. They made it right, but I waited 30 minutes from when my order was placed to when I received it. Nothing "express" about this order. Lesson learned: don't order online and don't bother to come here around 6:30 at night. It is way too busy.

When we arrived the drive thru was backed up with 11 cars in it with more arriving as we decided to walk in, what a mistake. There were three walk in customers in front of us which were helped quickly. Just about that time we we greated that they would be right with us to no avail. The drive thru was cleared and we decided to leave because we were left there standing for 10 minutes. Customer for over 20 years, very disappointed

Most of our food was decent however our broccoli beef only had 4 pieces of beef in it, huge bummer. Chicken Teriyaki was pretty rubbery but alright, best by far was the Chow Mein and Beijing Beef.

Food was greasy and old. Service was unpleasant. But it was fast and somewhat affordable, so I guess it wasn't all bad.

I really wish I could give zero stars . In November I went in to pick up food as I had placed an order online and I went through the drive thru , no problems I got my order through the window great ! Food was ok my kids were happy and I was happy ! And I normally cook food at home so this was a one off . A month later im really not wanting to cook food and Panda Express just sounds better than anything else . So I place an order through the app/online and I drive in through the drive thru , there’s no cars in front of me and no cars in the back . I come to the window and let the person speaking through the speaker that I placed an online order and I wanted to pick up. And that person cut me off pretty quickly and said you have to come inside to pick up . So I told them I didn’t have to do that last time . So they asked “ was it at night ? Because that might’ve been the reason why .” I said well I’m not leaving until I pick my food up at the window . I stood my ground and told them I wasn’t going to leave ( again no cars behind me ) so I left with my food. They made me wait for about 10 mins, and mind you I had placed the order 20 mins before I went in to pick up my food . The grief they cause someone just so they don’t have to give out the food through the window warrants a bad review .Panda Express : you should update your online pick up policy it’s not posted anywhere . Get with the times , everyone else does it this way . And It is very inconvenient to people that have children or families and came back from a long day at work to still have to get off and go inside to wait for an order that should’ve been ready to get picked up via drive thru.Definitely not coming back.Parking: You really need to update the online pickup policy , nowhere does it say that I have to go inside to pick up my order if I place an order online .

Y’all really need to add baby changing tables to your bathrooms. There is plenty of room in there.
