Was pleased to have a restaurant onsite after arriving to the hotel late. At 9pm or so there were a few groups of people eating. The restaurant was chill and clearly specialized in quality liquors with some highfalutin $15-50 shots of all varieties. My server, Lora, was quick, hospitable, and fun. Ordered a standard Paloma and received the Jose Cuervo $8 version. Also ordered the seared ahi burger but was generally disappointed in it. The grill must not have been hot enough to sear the meat, but instead sort of slowly cooked the exterior. While it was a large chunk of ahi ($28), the fillet wasn’t cut well and I found sinew within the cut, sacrificing the pleasant mouthfeel. The “toasted brioche” bun was airy, didn’t support the weight of the ahi well, and the bottom ended up soppy and unpalatable. However, the Parmesan fries were top notch and boosted the food by a star.

Incredibly slow service, grouchy service, small portions, improperly cooked meals, risotto is not risotto, bad overall experience. Don't order the seafood pasta.

Martini was decent. Good micro beer IPA on tap. Chowder was barely luke warm. Stock Cobb Salas. Calamari was over cooked.

waste your money elsewhere. the only reason to stay at this hotel is with points or for free. seaports is disgusting overpriced pub fare served by brainless, inept automatons.

I stayed at the doubletree hotel and called the restaurant and ordered dinner to guy. They told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before going downstairs. When I got there I stood around for a few minutes waiting for someone to greet me, as the signs said to see hostess to be seated. Soon I decided just to go to the bar and sit down there hoping to get service. After a few more minutes the bartender came over and I said I had a to go order. The bartender grabbed a bag and read the order and I said it was my order. The bartender then said no it wasn't because she took the order for someone else. I said it was my exact order and she said it was for somebody else. Then I spoke with the man who took my order over the phone and he said he would check on my order. After 5 minutes I asked the guy about the order and he said it was on the grill. I asked how long it would be and he told me 10-15 minutes. That's when I really got annoyed with the service and asked the man what was going on, and he got sarcastic with me by telling me he can't make it cook faster. I told them to cancel the order and ordered something from door dash instead.

The food is decent, and the service is friendly. There are many types of draft beer, and there is also local draft beer here, which is good. The Crispy Calamari was a little salty but not bad, and the Herb marinated steak frites were nice with a subtle herb-flavored butter.

Michael and the main bartender (I can’t remember his name) are amazing. They treated me very well after getting in super late and it was basically closed, they still took care of me! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are staying at the Hilton or anywhere near SeaTac!

The food was average. The fish and chips weren't my cup of tea. The fish didn't taste fresh, definitely frozen. The fries are delicious and wings are okay.

We ate at this restaurant at the Double Tree hotel on a layover in Seattle. We were tired and decided to give it a try and were very disappointed. Paid $28 for a Roast Beef panini and while it was high I expected roast beef carved from a roast etc. The bun was a standard white bratwurst bun that I can buy in a 6 pack at the grocery store and the beef was sliced deli meat. There were a few spicy peppers and a few slices of cheese. It was most definitely not worth $28 by a long shot. My husband had a burger that we paid $26 for which was a fairly standard burger, nothing special. The service was fun and the ambiance was ok but the food was very overpriced for the value.

Good food, however the service from the wait staff was less than pleasant. If you don’t want to deal with people then get out of the industry! No one needs food and silverware tossed at them.

We were staying at the hotel the night before our flight home and being too tired to venture out of the hotel, I ordered food to eat in the room. The Doubletree Burger (added bacon) was so tasty and filling. The fries were crispy. It was the perfect hang out dinner in the room while watching TV. Just what was needed to rest before another day of travel in the morning. The service was friendly and quick. I would definitely order from here again next time I stay.

After sitting myself, I waited 20 min and not 1 person come by to ask if I wanted to eat or offer a drink. I can’t believe the service was so bad. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Imagine landing at Seattle, arriving at the Bass Pro Shops version of a hotel and being happy to find that they have a "nice" restaurant, because you are hungry after a long day. Sadly, this is the illusion of Seaports. Our starter took 50 minutes to arrive, I know this because I took a picture of the cute bottle they bring water in immediately after i ordered and guess what, if you drink all the water they will never refill it. 50 minutes for fresh out of the freezer onion rings. Followed 20 minutes later by the overcooked steak you ordered over an hour earlier accompanied by under cooked "seasonal vegetables." If you only want to drink go here. If you want food go anywhere else, it will be cheaper better, and faster.

This hotel restaurant was very busy and probably understaffed but our waitress was very nice and took our order as soon as she could and the food came out at a reasonable amount of time (not fast). The cobb salad and wings were both very good and we were pleasantly surprised from an airport hotel restaurant. The draft beer and wine were both very good also.
