The food is decent, and the service is friendly.There are many types of draft beer, and there is also local draft beer here, which is good.The Crispy Calamari was a little salty but not bad, and the Herb marinated steak frites were nice with a subtle herb-flavored butter.
Michael and the main bartender (I can’t remember his name) are amazing. They treated me very well after getting in super late and it was basically closed, they still took care of me! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are staying at the Hilton or anywhere near SeaTac!

Was pleased to have a restaurant onsite after arriving to the hotel late. At 9pm or so there were a few groups of people eating. The restaurant was chill and clearly specialized in quality liquors with some highfalutin $15-50 shots of all varieties. My server, Lora, was quick, hospitable, and fun.
