(UPDATE) I'm so sad about that my best ramen restaurant in Seattle area has changed...The broth is not as thick as before, and they do not use tasty dried red shrimp and powder for the shrimp ramen any more, yet the price is even more expensive.This place is one of my go to places for ramen in Seattle area. Very authentic, and quite similar to the one I had in Tokyo!
Out of town from Oregon and decided to give this place a try. Parking was insane cause it was Valentine's Day so I had to drive around for 30ish min to find a spot nearby.The food was incredible. Well worth the wait! The waiter was super nice and extremely fast. I will so be coming back! ?

The prawn miso ramen and hakata style ramen’s broth was not hot enough right upon serving, but rather lukewarm. The flavor was really delicious and the noodle’s texture is spot on.The restaurant at night seemed very understaffed despite it being really popular even at late hours. It took a long time for the waiter to come and take our order.Overall, the overall experience there was quite underwhelming. But I would come back again to give this place a second chance.
