I had never had Ghanaian food before trying Blackstar Kebabs, so I have no basis for comparison. But I do know what good food tastes like and Blackstar is really good! The plantains are crunchy and sweet and the kebabs have the perfect amount of char. The jollof was nicely seasoned (and not over-seasoned). The service was friendly and the food was good; I will definitely go back.
I love Ghanaian food and this didn’t disappoint! Scrumptuous lamb, and it’s fun to have the krakrow (fritters) alongside the classic jollof rice and plaintains. My first time here and definitely coming back!
