Have been waiting for an online order for 20 minutes now. They haven't even started making the 11:30 orders yet and it's 11:55. You need to notify pickup people if you're running that far behind. If I hadn't prepaid I would leave.
Great employees, great location. Line is usually pretty long at lunch time.
