So I am still in disbelief that a hotel brand went live with a pseudo “modern” vibe and a 1988 model for TV experience. But hey if you just like to take ten showers a day there are plenty of towels and decent shower gels and a hand held shower. Personally, I would attempt to book elsewhere, just on the TV experience being so not up to par. But it was a decent price and the right location. I was at first taken with idea I’d this brand out if loyalty to IHG and because there was an exercise bicycle in the photo. Then I found out it wouldn’t necessarily be in the room so I changed my room type. Also the counters in the bathroom should be flush to the wall - should they build more of these. And I think offering the ability to purchase the staybridge suites buffet may be a better idea - though they’d have to figure out how to allow one time travel to the basement where they say the suites are - so this may not be feasible. Still I think the seduction of photos with exercise bicycles in the room that aren’t really necessarily in the room is a tease and the un-smart TV experience is a faux pas that cannot be forgiven until it is ameliorated. I hope this review helps fellow travelers and IHG in better design moving forward. The competition is enormous in this sector. Seriously, no smart TV? It isn’t a even their login. You have to use their account. Are they just to cheap to pay the streaming fees???? How does it compare to people having to stream from their personal devices. There are plenty of outlets. I added a star for that. And it’s super clean.

We loved our 1 bedroom suite, nice view of the lake, fun to watch all the traffic around us, very convenient to see the July 4 fireworks, easy access to restaurants, cafes, the space needle, mopop. The front desk was very helpful even though they were understaffed. Will definitely come stay again

I met the General Manager in the elevator by chance. He had a great sense of humor, willing to do whatever to make us happy. Nothing was needed. The room was the cleanest of any hotel I have stayed at!!! Catherine at the Front desk was a pure sweetheart and very helpful and accommodating. Our reservation was saved under our last name first which made it impossible to fine but she kept with it until she found it. Very helpful with a ton of little things never making us feel like a bother. The price of the hotel was cheaper than most in the area that extort us who plan a cruise. We have recommended the Alaskan Cruise to everyone we know!! I also recommend staying at Even hotel without question. Comfortable bed and pillows, Great towels, great service cleanest room ever, super friendly, what more can you ask for! It is also about 3 miles from the dock! We stayed before and after our cruise.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. My wife and I had a trip to Seattle planned and unfortunately we needed to cancel. We canceled our hotel booking with EVEN Hotel Seattle in advance of the cancellation window; however, the hotel refused to accept our cancellation and charged us over $220. After weeks of dispute, the hotel continued to say we canceled past the cancellation window, which is completely false. I would highly advise booking elsewhere to avoid the deceptive and fraudulent practices of the EVEN Hotel Seattle.

This was our first stay at an EVEN Hotel and really enjoyed it. The brand reminds us of Aloft but with a focus on fitness. The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful (we received a text to ask how our stay was going!), the room was clean and had a nice design, the fitness equipment and workout area in the room were a great feature, and the bathroom was functional and pleasant ( good water pressure and decent toiletries). The hotel also has a nice well-stocked gym, so no excuses to skip your workout! There is also a bar that opened in the evening, a restaurant, and an outdoor courtyard that would be lovely in the summer. The rate we booked included breakfast but on Sunday, the restaurant was closed unexpectedly and we had to have breakfast at the Staybridge Suites next door which was disappointing. We like this neighbourhood in Seattle as you can easily walk to Pike Place and other things downtown but it's quieter. We visit Seattle often and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Even Hotel near Lake Union was a very nice one. Right at the bottom of Fairview Avenue at Mercer Street reachable by King County metro bus 70. Initially on arrival the lady at reception allocated me and my wife a 2 bed room which was not what we wanted. Returning to reception with our luggage she instantly found a King room. We noted that though not rude she was not particularly warm on greeting us but I guess she checked us in ok after a random initial exchange. Our room 700 was very large with as advertised gym equipment to compliment a decent gym downstairs. The bed was very comfortable with large picture windows and great black out curtains. A lovely big shower in a sizeable bathroom with excellent toiletries provided. We had a kuerig in the room for a decent morning coffee. Breakfast for us was at a supplement which we did not take, and the reception area was lovely with lots of seating and a small bar. All staff we met after the initial exchange were super friendly and interested. Having lived in Seattle previously we were taken with how much South Lake Union has grown with many bars and restaurants. Lake Union itself is around a 5 minute walk with walking/riding trails running around the edge. Also we liked how Seattle was buzzing with tourists throughout, definitely on its way back.

A few years ago, I stayed at the Even Hotel in Eugene Oregon. My experience there, was wonderful. So when choosing a hotel in Seattle, I was happy to see there was one there as well, and I booked without hesitation. Unfortunately, my stay did not go as well as it did at the Eugene location. I drove up from Portland for the weekend and needed to park. I knew on the website that they were going to charge me $40 a day for parking, which was outrageous, and let me tell you, the parking lot is SMALL and TIGHT. The spaces are SO close together and so close to these huge pillars that you have to be very careful not to hit. What I didn't realize is that they charge you $75 up front for "incidentals". I have NEVER been charged that much for an incidental rate up front. The most I have ever been charged is $50. After I checked in, things were good. The room was clean. It was great. I went out to a family event, and when I came back, I was pretty hungry and wanted to grab something to eat. So I went to the bar and asked if I could order food. She bartender was SUPER nice, but she was the also the one who was making the food at night. So she made my flat bread pizza (definitely not worth the $13 that I paid for) right in front of me. So, after I eat that I grabbed some snacks (which were outrageously priced as well, and they CHARGE YOU $3 if you want any coffee or a BAG OF TEA). It was chilly and rainy outside, and cold in my room so I turned up the heat, and I called down to the front desk and asked if I could get an extra blanket. The front desk attendant said "absolutely, sure!". I waited for like 2 hours, and the blanket never came. The next morning, I woke up to take a shower and first I called down to the front desk for some extra towels. I waited for about 30 minutes and they didn't come so I got in the shower, I got out of the shower, and 15 minutes later they finally came. So it took them 45 minutes to bring me some towels. After that, I opted not to eat downstairs and walked around the corner to Starbucks for breakfast. My dad was joining me on my trip and I went to go pick him up from the train station. When we came back to check him in, I had requested a room on the same floor ahead of time as my son and I, and they were unable to accommodate that, which is fine, but still disappointing. They also charged him the $75 incidental fee as well. We were there for a wedding, so we had to take my car to drive to the venue. So we went to the wedding and when we came back which was around 10pm, there was NO parking, it was all full. There is a sign that says, if you can't find a spot to park in the alley and go let the front desk know. So I did that, and the front desk person said, well, I can suggest that you go and park on the street. So, at 10pm, I go and drive my car around the block looking for street parking, there was none. Now, from what I understood from the front desk person, parking is first come first serve, but if you are charging all of these people for parking, and you KNOW they are going to be parking there, they should be guaranteed a spot. It doesn't make sense why you would pre charge for parking , and then OVERSELL the parking spots. That makes no sense. People count on having a spot when they come back, and to basically get kicked out of the lot because you left for what you planned to do during your stay it really upsetting to me. The hotel should know how many spaces they have, and only charge for those. Let me add too, that a few spaces, as the lot is poorly designed, you cannot even get to. It's really bad. PARKING PRO TIP: DO NOT PARK IN THE EVEN PARKING LOT. DO NOT PAY THEM THE $40. There is a HUGE garage that is right around the corner from the hotel (the Fiona is what it is called), they charge $21 to overnight park, I was actually only there for like 10 hours, and it cost me $12. The next morning, we got up and went downstairs for breakfast. Again, I have eaten at the hotel in Eugene and the food was pretty good. I ordered some pancakes with some veggie sa

My partner and I had an amazing stay at EVEN hotel for the weekend! The staff was extremely friendly and checked in via text if we needed anything throughout our stay. The room was very clean and spacious with workout equipment. Location is safe, clean and central all spots were walking distance or close by using electric scooters. Overall 10/10 experience and stay!

Our stay at Even in Seattle was among the most restful, enjoyable stays we have ever had in a hotel. Aside from the hotel being in a great location and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Jaymee made sure we were welcomed from the start, with a late check-in she made sure that all our needs were met quickly and smoothly. Henry, the General Manager, greeted us the next morning and was very insightful as to the various sights we should see around town. Throughout our entire stay, the staff checked in on us via text messaging and provided us with tips as we ventured out into the city and across the surrounding areas. This hotel is a must on our list for future visits!

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Been staying here for the past few months and it's been our home away from home since then. Tracy, Joyce l, Maryanne and Laurie are awesome. They are very helpful, accommodating and friendly all the time and makes our trip less stressful.

Jaymee and the whole staff were friendly. The location is quiet and seemed safe. The hotel and rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. Although it can be pricey, it was reasonable for the area. We enjoyed staying here!

Located just 3 miles from the Smith Cove Pier 91 Cruise Terminal, this is a unique IHG brand hotel (EVEN Hotel shares the building with its sister IHG-brand, Staybridge Suites). It bills itself as a wellness lifestyle hotel. This was my first time staying at an EVEN hotel. I will do so again. Imagine my surprise to find in my room a Life Fitness stationary bike, workout mat, and roller! So you can work out right in your room if you want to. This is besides the fitness center located on the lobby level. The fitness center has treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, cable system, and other workout stations. The room has plenty of lighting and comfortable mattress/bedding; brightly-lit bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast, although fee-based, was very tasty. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it arrived hot, prepared like home cooking, and very delicious.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They sent text messages to see if I needed anything, which was a quick and easy form of communication. Great location and clean hotel. We would definitely stay here again, centrally located to many things as well!
