We loved our 1 bedroom suite, nice view of the lake, fun to watch all the traffic around us, very convenient to see the July 4 fireworks, easy access to restaurants, cafes, the space needle, mopop. The front desk was very helpful even though they were understaffed. Will definitely come stay again
I met the General Manager in the elevator by chance. He had a great sense of humor, willing to do whatever to make us happy. Nothing was needed. The room was the cleanest of any hotel I have stayed at!!! Catherine at the Front desk was a pure sweetheart and very helpful and accommodating. Our reservation was saved under our last name first which made it impossible to fine but she kept with it until she found it. So I am still in disbelief that a hotel brand went live with a pseudo “modern” vibe and a 1988 model for TV experience. But hey if you just like to take ten showers a day there are plenty of towels and decent shower gels and a hand held shower. Personally, I would attempt to book elsewhere, just on the TV experience being so not up to par. But it was a decent price and the right location.
