I've been a regualr here for the last 4 years before they moved into their current building. The coffee, service, and vibe of Evoke have always been excellent. The owner and baristas are all wonderful and friendly. The avocado toast is my favorite food item here. Great place for meetings, study sessions, or just sipping on coffee with friends or solo. Great coffee, amazing and friendly staff. I got my first coffee in Seattle here over two years ago, and it is still my favorite coffee place :) the beans are also great. Bought some to take it as souvenirs for my family the last time I traveled and they all agreed they never tasted smoother coffee. Less Bitter Thank Your Ex definitely lives up to its name :)
