Just goes to show, the bigger a place gets, the lower the quality gets. Walked in to all the staff on their phones, got served with no eye contact and prompted for a tip at check out. Tips come AFTER service, not before I've even tasted the food. Which was mediocre at best. Tipping at an impersonal fast food joint? Nah, you trippin'.
Service and quality have improved since this location originally opened. The food is usually fresh and tasty, though occasionally it’s a miss. Decent portions and reasonable prices by today’s standards.

We were looking forward to an ezells dinner. My husband had chix tender and French fries. Missing a tender and half a container of soggy fries. I ordered 2 pieces with sides. The one piece I got I couldn't eat because it was so dry. No gravy on potatoes. I felt the service was excellent but the food was disappointing and short.
