One on the tastiest steaks I've ever eaten - pricey but worth it. Service was excellent and nice loft style atmosphere.

Everything was good until ~6 hours after dinner when my partner became ill. He has celiac and suspects gluten contamination as he developed symptoms typical of exposure to gluten. Prior meals that day were at home.

Our favorite Seattle restaurant. We visit at least once a month. The menu is always creative with seasonal additions and with the finest quality ingredients. Service is always top-tier! The bar and bartenders are excellent at their craft and the cocktail selections pair so perfectly with the menu - FlintCreek knows what they are doing!Make a reservation and celebrate a special event, this experience will exceed your expectations!Parking: Parking lot just south of the venue, lots of street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry at street.Mention you need accommodation when making your reservations and they will seat you downstairs. They are great about this!

Great food. Loved the pork chop but the ribeye was the star of our meals. Really good cocktails too! We didn't have happy hour but I hear they have an awesome burger for $10 on the HH menu.

The food was great. The service was spot on and they were a well rounded staff team. Ambiance was great on wish they had a better sound system as music truly can make the memory. The music played was great from what I did hear. Food excellent. Staff service was excellent as well.

This place is such a little gem. ? my husband and I loved the whole experience. Our server (I think his name was Nathan?) Was absolutely excellent. Went above and beyond to make this a memorable night. He answered every question my husband had so gracefully. We will definitely be back! Food and drinks were so yummy.

Service is great. Food was lacking. Started with the venison pate. It was flavorful but dry, and the nuts were hard. It was served with cold bread. The dalphinoise was weirdly sweet while the kohlrabi hard - both ended up being under seasoned. To make up for the seasoning on the sides, the steak was covered in salty crust. Both of our steaks were blue-rare when ordered medium rare. Next time, I'll order medium and expect medium rare? The music was loud and didn't fit the vibe I expected for a steakhouse. Felt more like a bar.If you crave a steak and you're nearby, it's decent if you just get the steak. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

Unreal meals, I have been here twice now just knock it out of the park, one of the best rib eyes I have ever eaten and the service is spot on.***updated. I have loved every visit here until tonight. Food is still great but service was super disappointing. Birthday dinner, over $500 bill you expect so much more******update again, flint creek is a well oiled machine of restaurant excellence. I hate their menu because I want every. Single. Thing. It’s like they made it for ne. Can’t wait until they come to tte Eastside!***

This is my third time here but first time I've gotten a steak. I thought it would be the perfect place to go for this. I ordered the little gems salad, a 1/2 glass of wine, filet mignon and potato side. I was however very disappointed when my Medium Rare steak came out and was cooked to medium well. I sent it back. By the time the new one came back my potatoes were cold and when I cut into it, the steak was much closer to medium rare but still a miss. I would say 1/3 of it was passable for medium rare and the rest was closer to a medium but by that time I was just hungry and irritated. In my opinion, something should have been comped. After tax and a 20% tip my meal was $140. Not worth the food or experience.

The food and service were wonderful. Friday evening was lots of fun, expect a full house and plenty of laughter and high volume conversation.

Full disclosure: I'm in love with this place. The food is excellent, as are both the drinks and their wine list. Their appys are great. Love the prosciutto di parma and their sourdough. And the lamb and marjoram sausage is delicious. I'm a huge fan of their chicken with corona beans and fingerling potatoes. It's incredible. A friend ordered the boat gnocchi and raved about it. And their steak always goes over well.I also highly recommend the molten cake with peanut butter ice cream. Yum.I've now been with friends, a couple dates, and I've gone in their solo. The staff is excellent, they operate like a well-oiled team. They never treat me differently when I'm alone, which I greatly appreciate. Behind the bar, Cruz, Trevor, and Jackson, all know their trade, both the hard and soft skills. I'm just as happy to sit at the bar as a table. The ambiance is nice but unpretentious. They do a good job of balancing upscale with the local joint feel. It's comfortable but classy.

Food was outstanding. Steaks melted. I'm still salivating. Our server was awesome. They had run out of Dom cuts, but the ribeye was so good!! All servers and busters were courteous and have great feedback. They were knowledgeable and attentive. Would definitely go back again and again.

The food & drink was fantastic and we all enjoyed what we ordered. It's a bit expensive, so I'll be saving this place for special occasions vs a random night out to dinner.

Great food quality and service. Me and my wife went there on a week night for dinner and were not disappointed. Would definitely recommend as a great place to dine in or just have drinks, the cocktails are great as well.
