My friend and I visited on the evening of Thurs 25th April 2024. I was given a 10$ gift voucher which I couldn't use as it was below the limit for a game card. The manager was so kind and generously provided us with some alternatives. All members of staff were so friendly and we had a really great time. I definitely recommend it and will visit again if I re-visit Seattle. Thank you for the great experience! ?

Normally I love this place, but...We drove two hours from our home in Gold Bar to take our son there for his 11th birthday, and it's closed for a private event. The entire thing... No accommodation or anything.I checked the hours on Google, and Gameworks' actual web page to make sure they wouldn't be closed for something like this before we left. No mention of it anywhere on either.So I owe him a trip to Gameworks now and just don't even want to waste the time going down there at this point.Thanks.Sincerely,a very disappointed kid and his Dad.

It's horrible when they have the whole place closed off for a private event on a Saturday and don't have anything on their website to say this and you go all the way down there just to get turned away at the door.

This is a two-story arcade right in the middle of Seattle! The games are incredibly well taken care of, everything felt and looked clean, and there's tons of selection. The prizes are adorable, too! The game cards are easy to get, fill, or check the tickets! The cost of credits is really good, too! I remember coming here maybe 20 years ago? New, updated games but the same, child-like wonder! Also, there's a bar and restaurant!

Some of the machines were down but an employee was quick to help us when a broken machine took our credits. Lots of games and good service. A little pricey but a good experience overall.
