I am constantly in search of good hot pot places in Seattle. While Hai Di Lao has been my go-to choice, after a meal at Qiao Lin it is definitely rising the ranks on my hot pot list and has the potential to overthrow hai di lao. A great hotpot spot in downtown! If you've been to haidilao, this is very similar to that. There's a sauce bar with some snacks and desserts, in addition to standard hotpot items. The service was good as well and they were well attentive. Our food came out quickly, and we never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Overall a solid hot pot spot!
