Henry’s Taiwan Kitchen has the best Taiwanese food in Seattle! As a personal who’s from Taiwan, the food here takes me back to my hometown! ❤️ I love the Chef’s Beef Noodle Soup and the Crispy Basil Chicken! The service here is awesome too. If u want to experience true Taiwanese cuisine, Henry’s Taiwan Kitchen is the place to visit!

Henry the owner makes the best braised pork over rice and beef noodle soup! The braided prok over rice does not taste greasy and the egg is just right, not too salty! I love the side dishes too 鹹菜及蘿卜幹remind me of the bentos i had in Taiwan only better! The beef noodle soup is tasty. The 鹹菜 Is perfect combo with beef noodle soup. Love the food and the owner Henry is nice. I definitely recommend this place - dine in or to go

I have eaten at Henry's restaurant when he was located in Chinatown, then when he moved to my district, and now he is back in Little Saigon. I am thrilled that his famous cabbage noodle soup is still on the menu, as well as the lunchbox with juicy pork belly and boiled egg, which is amazing. Moreover, his hand-shaved noodles are a real treat. If you're a fan of stinky tofu and feeling super brave, this is probably one of the only restaurants in town that still serves it.it.

"I am glad to know that Henry is back in business. It has been a while since I visited Taiwan and the food he is cooking up is definitely reminiscent of my time there. I remember when Henry entered the international district, he made the best lobster noodles I have ever tasted, which he custom made for my birthday one year. Since he moved to the unit district, I have been able to enjoy his hand-shaved noodles, dental lunchbox, and his pickle beef noodle soup, which always deliver a good one-two punch. Overall, I always look forward to visiting Henry."

I have been to Henry’s new location in Chinatown a few times, both dine-in and order to go. The owner is willing to make adjustments to accommodate special requests within reason. All very delicious. I love the beef noodle soup and braised pork on rice as well. The noodle has a good texture even in the To Go box. I highly recommend this place. So glad he opens one here so I don't have to drive to Bellevue for Taiwanese food❤️

Ordered delivery from here. I used to come here all the time for their Stinky Tofu and it was so good...I haven't ordered from them since they moved away from Udistrict...today I got the stinky tofu and it was just that cheap Asian Food Center pre-made fried triangle tofu with stinky tofu sauce. NO ACTUAL STINKY TOFU. What a rip off, they do serve it but I paid full price for stinky tofu and they cheaped out because I ordered through delivery service. It seems people who actually go there do get the real stinky tofu, but I assume they thought they could cheat people who order delivery since we can't point out the fake tofu immediately.

The portion is very big and is good for family sharing style. I love their sweet and sour pork short ribs, juicy and flavorful. The owner Henry was friendly and checked if everything was ok when I was dining there.

Love the variety of dishes that Henry offers. I asked to try a little of everything. I am also vegetarian so he is very accommodating. Come here for home-y feeling food and owner is very kind and engaging!

This was a very good restaurant back in the day. Henry's Taiwan Kitchen had been sold and closed. There is no new location. There is a similar Taiwanese Restaurant on Jackson Street, but it is not the same entity! Also, Henry's Taiwan Kitchen's Google Profile is being illegally hacked by some Chinese Guy who is trying to EXTORT money from the old owner. He's going to jail soon and he just doesn't know it.

I ordered takeout from this establishment. Upon reaching home and eagerly digging into my order of fried rice, I was shocked to discover an unwelcome guest - a small bug nestled amidst the grains. This unexpected addition completely ruined the meal for me. I understand that mistakes happen, but finding a bug in my food is not something I take lightly. It was a rather unpleasant surprise and certainly not the experience I expected. Hygiene is paramount, especially in the food industry, and such oversights can have a significant impact on customer trust. I am so disgusted, and will not be patronizing Henry's Taiwan Kitchen ever again.

I do not appreciate the customer service here. He remembered seeing me when I dined at his UW location when it was still open, so he assumed I was a student. He asked me why didn't I go out of town for the holiday, I told him I preferred to stay in because I have a cat. Keep in mind I didn't bring my cat, and it was just a small talk, and he straight up told me to get rid of that thing to save myself some trouble.

New location for Henry’s Taiwan. We’ve been to their old location years ago and enjoyed the food. We saw it last week when we drove by and stopped in today.Henry the owner is manning the front. We ordered a few dishes to share - the Taiwanese sausage is delicious. The beef noddles soup was good but the noodle was overcooked and not al dente. Given it’s only a couple of months old, maybe they are still working out the kinks. And the street is so clean compared to the past - no more homeless people roaming/camping in the front.
