Henry’s Taiwan Kitchen has the best Taiwanese food in Seattle! As a personal who’s from Taiwan, the food here takes me back to my hometown! ❤️ I love the Chef’s Beef Noodle Soup and the Crispy Basil Chicken! The service here is awesome too. If u want to experience true Taiwanese cuisine, Henry’s Taiwan Kitchen is the place to visit!
I have eaten at Henry's restaurant when he was located in Chinatown, then when he moved to my district, and now he is back in Little Saigon. I am thrilled that his famous cabbage noodle soup is still on the menu, as well as the lunchbox with juicy pork belly and boiled egg, which is amazing. Moreover, his hand-shaved noodles are a real treat. If you're a fan of stinky tofu and feeling super brave, this is probably one of the only restaurants in town that still serves it.it.
