We tasted a wide range of innovative flavor combinations, and easily found something that we both loved. She was also able to accommodate dietary restrictions – making a small gluten-free, dairy-free cake to go along with the primary cake. She worked with us to keep us on budget and delivered a stunning and delicious cake. We kept the top for ourselves and enjoyed it during our honeymoon and we fully intend to order a small cake to celebrate our anniversary!

I got pretty lucky on my birthday in 2021, my previous employer gave me this cake. I think it was from a wedding shoot we had got done doing. Anyways it was a Poppyseed cake with strawberry jam. It was incredible! I only wish you sold slices. The frosting itself was just a bit too sweet for my taste. I like very little sugar, but everything else was incredible.

I’ve been lucky to enjoy Carla’s cakes twice, first at a friend’s wedding and then at mine, and I have only one conclusion -- she is a baking witch. How could you possibly make such fabulous cakes over and over again without a little bit of magic? My husband and I ordered a cake tasting box with six of her custom and unique flavors, and you know it’s a good problem to have when you struggle to choose just one. In the end, we went with one of her micro wedding cakes in the espresso pecan crunch flavor, which was so flavorful and fluffy with delicious crunchy pecan bites. We also asked her to add sugar flowers that matched our wedding flowers. It was definitely worth it. Her flowers added a beautiful custom touch that tied our dessert table into the rest of the wedding.We will absolutely be ordering an anniversary cake when the time comes. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special!

I am 100% ketogenic and have to eat an anti inflammatory diet, and Carla knew exactly what to use and offered me the option of doing a cake with keto ingredients. Entrusting someone to create a cake for a special event is always a gamble, you don't know what your getting until you slice into the cake. I can assure you that Carla and team execute both a beautiful and delicious cake. I ordered the London Fog along with the vegan donuts and couldn't have been happier. The seamless web interface made designing the cake, placing the order and scheduling pickup super easy eventhough I was out of state. The cake itself balanced on all fronts (taste/flavors/ texture). Same goes for the vegan donuts, you would never guess they're vegan and the lemon lavender combo lends itself to refreshing, guilt free decadence. Lastly, Carla was delightful, you can tell she takes her craft seriously but there's a playfulness and poetry in her work. Worth every penny and calorie!
