Working with Carla has been a dream. We are beyond excited to pick up our wedding cake this summer. It's clear that everyone at HC genuinely cares about pastry and confection and I am so grateful to have found them!
We were initially drawn by the artistry of Carla’s design and exquisite sugar flowers, but the flavor and texture of the cakes sealed the deal for us. We tasted a wide range of innovative flavor combinations, and easily found something that we both loved. She was also able to accommodate dietary restrictions – making a small gluten-free, dairy-free cake to go along with the primary cake.
