When I order in person, things are fine but when I order take out, I always receive the wrong sides. If you are out of what I’ve ordered, pick up the phone and call me so I can pick a replacement item instead of sending me potato salad *every time*. This has happened multiple times, no one in my house eats it and it goes in the compost. This is not how delivery orders should work. If you offer delivery, take care of your customers the same way you take care of people in person.

Ordered the 4 way combo for take out. Disappointing. Cornbread wrapped in plastic wrap was at least a few days old and dry. The chopped pork was ok. Ribs and chicken seemed cold and not freshly barbecued. Like they were all pre-cooked and dry. BBQ was slathered on the ribs but overpowering.
