Very weird menu options that didn’t seem to go well together. We didn’t want to finish any dish we ordered. The portions were off, not shareable or for one person. Ceviches were very sour, the turnips tasted really bad and the cauliflower had an overpowering fishy taste. Worst of all it was overpriced. Service was friendly but slow. Disappointed with the food overall.

This was a pre pandemic fav but just got a chance to go tonight post pandemic. Food was just as amazing. Service was attentive. We were just a tad cold in the atrium but it was overall an awesome experience!

Had a great meal here recently. Cocktails were awesome, service was good although a little slow. Sat at the counter - the place has a really nice feel to it. As a former San Francisco Food Snob, this is one of the best meals I've had in Seattle. Looking forward to going back.

An excellent restaurant in the Fremont area of seattle. We ordered several dishes and each one was excellent. The bread is like a Yorkshire pudding. The mussel toast was to die for - I know it doesn't sound like it will be good but it was excellent. The pork at the end was Devine. Yummy cocktails and friendly service make this place worth a stop.

Kipper sandwich was yummy. Bagel skin was less tense than I'd prefer which made for a more chewy bite (not NY style). Wife thought lox sandwich was under smoked. Salt on chocolate cookie wasn't my thing. Espresso drinks were serviceable...but would get them from Stone Wolf next door, next time. Hanging out in covered patio next to stone fire pit was a wonderful way to spend brunch.

I recently had dinner at Manolin during vacation, and overall, it was a great experience. The impeccable presentation of the dishes struck me first. Each plate looked like a work of art, and it's evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft. We chose to sit outside, and I appreciated the nice accommodations with heaters, which kept us cozy on a chilly evening. For the food, there were some definite highlights. The whole dorade was the star of the night, prepared to perfection. Even as someone who isn't typically a fan of mole, I was pleasantly surprised by the mole verde paired with the cilantro fresh sauce - it was a flavor explosion that truly impressed me. The ancho pork skewer and the braised ox tails were also delicious, showcasing the kitchen's skill in preparing meats. However, there was the mussel toast was quite the dud of the night. Unfortunately, it was drenched in an overly sour escabeche sauce, making it too acidic for my taste. The hamachi and rockfish ceviche were okay. Nothing standout to me about it. Despite this, I would still recommend Manolin for its stunning presentation, cozy outdoor seating, and some truly outstanding dishes. It's a restaurant worth trying, and I'm looking forward to returning to explore more of their rotating menu.

Food was mostly delicious ?. I would especially recommend getting the mussel toast, and grilled hamachi tuna collars (this was a special on the day we went). The atmosphere and vibes are great, and we really liked seating outdoors.

Good spot for a group outing. They serve the food family style so you can probably sample most of their menu, which is mercifully limited in scope. The cocktails were imaginative and delightful. Food is delivered in sequence so there’s rarely a dull moment.

Really fun and cute restaurant. We sat outside and the atmosphere was great. Food was all delicious, the green salad was so simple but so great and the pork chop was perfectly cooked and the mole was different a tasty. All of the dishes were great and felt unique. Cute Latin-fusion new American restaurant with a solid cocktail selection. Loved loved loved the Brazilian cheese bread - the best I’ve had! We couldn’t stop eating them!We ordered a variety of dishes, from raw to salads to skewers to whole fish.Def on the pricier side given the portion but we had a great time.PS, dogs are allowed only in the courtyard (no roof) but not in the patio (with a roof).

I tried Manolin last year in August and decided to give it another try again this year in August since it has sentimental meaning. I recall that I was impressed with the quality of the meal but I felt the flavors weren't all to my liking since they incorporated a lot of fruit into the dishes in the summer. When I went again this year, I felt like it's a whole different Manolin. The menu was completely different than I remembered (but it may have simply been reorganized and I'm just not that wise to understand that). This time around, there wasn't much on the menu I was able to eat (note I'm not a picky eater). I was hoping for more seafood, but the seafood options were either raw or involved a whole fish. I will say that what I ordered was excellent, except for the tomato salad which had a weird flavor to it. Also even then, it was very underwhelming. But I was only able to order a pork skewer with that salad. That was hardly enough to fill me up. I would say that you should review the menu (which you need to do in person since they don't update the menu online) before deciding if this spot is for you. I have the feeling that if you like the menu, you will enjoy your meal. However, if you can't even find stuff off the menu, you will leave feeling very disappointed like me. I guess this just isn't the spot for me even though I love Old Salt....

Couldn't find a complaint.Tucked away and cozy but comfortable.Indoor, outdoor & bar seating.Sharable unique plates.Dress up or come casual.Fair and reasonable prices.Parking... it is seattle.... can't help it.Fabulously fun drinks that pair perfectly.Service was phenomenal. I think people actually enjoy their jobs here!SAUCES!!!!!!!!!!!! Ohh they are good. FAV 2 dishes were Hamachi & Squid but nothing disappointed. Very cool place. Definitely food artistry on full display. I think we tried nearly everything on the menu and either liked or loved our choices. Cocktails were equally impressive
