The food and cocktails are just alright, but well compensated by the amazing views of the Seattle skyline, the atmosphere in the outdoor patio, and the fact that the ferry pulls up right in front of it! I'd go back for the vibe.
Seattle is a bit of a jaunt for me but every time I'm driving through I stop at Marination Ma Kai. My daughter and I are wild about their sexy tofu tacos and usually get extra slaw and jalapenos. My son loves the kalbi beef tacos and my husband adores the miso ginger chicken tacos. We all dream about the Nunya sauce so we buy an extra jar every time we go through and then attempt to replicate their tacos at home. Excellent place to get food, the view and meal were phenomenal. The lady who took my order was very kind. I ordered miso ginger taco salad which was fresh and delicious. I got a dessert too, malasada. The one I got was plain but I heard they do seasonal fillings. Cute area to walk around too. I'll have to come back!
