Ordered a salad online and the wait time is greater than 1 hour. Have had issues with online order time being accurate and store doesn’t answer their phone. No viable options to receive help from this location when ordering online.

ordinarily i love these salads but with the new impossible taco salad there was dairy added — where in the menu do they say that is added?? sorely disappointed.

Got the chicken parm dip at the recommendation of the enthusiastic employee at the counter, and must compliment the suggestion! Delicious!

Delicious sandwiches and great options for gluten free or other dietary needs. This location is bright, staff is friendly. It can get very busy at lunch hour and sometimes a longer wait, but this restaurant works hard to provide a great dining and takeout experience. Lucky to have this spot downtown!Dietary restrictions: Really good GF bread; option to make sandwiches (and some other items) dairy free or are already vegan.

If you like spending 30 minutes waiting for your food after when it tells you to get it then this is your place.

I’ve only ever been to Mendocino Farms at their locations in Los Angeles and Irvine, but I was pleased to see that their quality still remained at their Seattle location! Mendocino Farms is my favorite sandwich chain. This location was in a great, lively part of downtown Seattle with a huge glass window that really let us immerse in the city! I ordered the not so fried chicken sandwich which is always my favorite to order! The sandwiches were prepared freshly and quickly, and the taste was divine. The seating area and the bathrooms were clean, the serve was great, and overall, the experience was fantastic! I would certainly come back again, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy meal and some GREAT sandwiches.

I ordered the Caesar not expecting much. Now I can't stop thinking about how good it was. The salad was fresh and it came with the best topping, crunchy quinoa. The dressing also tasted like it was homemade where it was a thick texture packed with flavor but not overly salty. I don't usually like dressing either. The avocado was the best colored and creamy soft texture I've ever had. I ordered it through delivery so I can only imagine it must taste even better in person.

I love this spot. Gets super busy during lunchtime. I just order ahead, and it tells me when to come down and get it. It's so convenient, especially since PCC has closed. I can still get a quick, healthy lunch. Thanks Mendocino!

I'm so Happy Mendo is in Seattle now! The team is so sweet and the food is the best! That new Farmers Market salad is soooo yummy! Can't wait to come back!

Came here on a bit of a whim just looking for something quick before we got back to exploring and was absolutely shocked by how good it was. I thought it was just going to be a slightly elevated Seattle-esque version of Panera but was terribly wrong (in the best way). The sweet potato soup wasn't my favorite, however, the Turkey Avo is the sandwich of my dreams!! I ordered 1/2 sandwich so I am unsure if it was supposed to include two halves but am not complaining. It is packed with ingredients, and has a perfect combo of freshness from the avocado, smokiness from the Gouda, and a touch spice from the sweet hot peppers, jalapeño salsa aioli. 12/10.

Simply Disappointed… I ordered a Chicken Pesto Caprese sandwhich to go. I was in meetings all day and had to grab a quick bite. I chose Mendocino because they have healthy options and this was my first time going to this location. I arrived at about 1:10pm and got my order around 1:23pm on Friday 2/16/24. I got to my office and had 2 minutes before my 1:30 meeting (where I was presenting). I took a bite of the sandwich and would save the rest for after my meeting. It tasted funny but I was hungry and put it away. After my meeting I opened the sandwich and the chicken was raw! I had 3 back to back meetings after that so I was unable to report it immediately. I texted this picture to my girlfriend to let them know about it since I was occupied. They said I would get a refund which is still hasn’t come through. 2 days later we get an email from Hollyann Lillie stating it was prosciutto in this picture not raw chicken. The Chicken Pesto Caprese sandwich doesn’t come with prosciutto or nuts which I’m also allergic too as well. It looks like the Prosciutto & Chicken Sandwich got mixed in with the Chicken Pesto Caprese sandwich. Needless to say I had a long night of bathroom visits. This is definitely a training opportunity with the team. Restaurants make mistakes but I feel like people need to know when someone calls raw chicken something else and be dismissive about the feedback.

I have never received an order from here that actually matched what I ordered. It’s almost funny. The first time I came here I asked for the turkey avocado with no cheese. They left the cheese on anyway. Ok, no big deal. The next time I ordered the same thing, and this time they correctly held the cheese—but they also, inexplicably, left off the avocado (from a turkey avocado sandwich. It was basically turkey and bread).Today I decided to avoid the issue and order the farm club, which doesn’t come with cheese—but I don’t eat pork products, so I asked for no bacon. The cashier circled “no bacon” in red on the receipt. See the photo of the bacon pieces I nevertheless picked off my sandwich after biting in and realizing there was definitely bacon.Come on guys. This is not complicated. It wasn’t even busy today.
