The Kudedon Bowl was quite amazing. It has Salmon, Albacore Tuna, grilled eel, shrimp, Tuna , and Ikura(orange roe) along with some shiitake mushrooms, greens on a bed of sushi rice. The staff was friendly and quick with the order. The place is in the lobby of one of the building in 4th Ave in Downtown Seattle so be prepared to either take it to go or sit on the lobby sofa or some of the stool by the main doors to the building. This was so good! Best "poke" I ever had and the fish is so fresh. When I come back to Seattle this is definitely my go to spot. Just remember to look at the limited hours.
Honestly been meaning to try this place for a long time and I finally did it. Didn't know what to expect at first, but after I saw the menu, the name the place was quite literal. It was a dedicated chirashi bowl take out spot. Basically you just pick the option that has the protein you want and that's it. The options were pretty simple.
