Incredible, innovative progressive Indian food with all the authentic flavors and a modern touch! My friend brought me to Mint for Seattle's restaurant week. Mint progressive exceeded my expectations. I went for happy hour along with my team and tried almost all the menu items and some from dinner menu. It was quite amazing how authentic the flavours were even with a modernized twist and contemporary presentation.We were greeted with complimentary dhokla which was sprayed with the sweet/savory juice upon serving. The place should have been more popular and deserves higher rating..service and cleanliness were over the board compared to other Seattle restaurants. Liked their high ceiling ambiance :) and food was absolutely delicious.. we order two curry kofta and baingan dish with roti and zarfani rice, weren’t very hungry but ended up overeating without feeling terrible in stomach ? everything that we ordered was full of taste and was worth the experience!
