this place offers very selective options and the ramen is just okay. Nothing over the top that would make me come back.

I’ve had better ramens and this one definitely isn’t up to the mark. Didn’t feel that the place is worth traveling from Bellevue to try it out. Nothing great, nothing exceptional!Vegetarian options: Couple of options to choose from

First time here. Ramen is as good as the capital hill location, the music was a bit too loud for my liking, but that's Fremont. I sat at the bar and it was very intuitive to order via QR code, the food was there in less than 10 minutes.

Food is great, but our beer was obviously spoiled with no apparent care from the staff.

The staff is really great and the food is SO good. This is the best vegetarian ramen I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to make this a regular spot

Ordered the Shanghai style ramen, and yes the menu does say that the green onion is burnt, but it was inedible and had the texture of ash. We felt confused and confirmed with the server that it was supposed to be like that. After picking out the inedible bits, the rest of the dish was underwhelming. Really disappointed in the quality here.Otherwise, it’s a nice location and the staff are friendly.

The spicy kotteri ramen and mapo tofu noodles taste good, but the portion size is relatively small considering the price. One bowl of noodles is not enough for an average male's appetite. The ayam goreng is decent; four chicken legs are more cost-effective than the ramen. Note that there is no parking lot here, making parking quite troublesome.

SUPER IGNORANT WAITRESS.We had ordered three dishes and the asian waitress wearing leggings got TWO of the orders wrong, only taking back the fried chicken because it’s obviously wrong. Refused to take back the ramen and STARED at me in the eyes saying “it was the correct ramen”. I’ve had the “shio” ramen multiple times in Ooink and I am sure the ramen I was served was definitely not it. Instead of replacing it with the right one, she gave us multiple excuses in bad temper. She even let me taste the ramen, it’s the exact same as the garlic ramen my friend ordered. It took us a lot of effort to get our ramen replaced. I had never seen such a bad attitude towards the customer in any type of restaurant. Restaurant owner please investigate and TAKE ACTION. Here is a picture of our “shio” ramen.

Not impressed (did I come on a bad day?) The ramen was greasy and the noodles were too chewy. The fried chicken was dry and not much flavor. The cucumber salad was ok.You order by scanning the QR code on the table, and pay while ordering. So how much should you tip? Turns out that there’s not much service - no one asked if the food was ok. And the waitress was so busy that we had to fetch the to-go box ourselves.

Craving a flavor explosion that will tantalize your taste buds? Look no further than Ooink Ramen, a hidden gem in Freemont serving up some of the best ramen in the city. Their rich, brothy concoctions are packed with different flavors, and the noodle texture is spot-on - al dente and satisfying. But what truly sets them apart is their bold use of spices in Mala Kotteri Ramen and Mala Ramen. Don't forget to try their mouthwatering cripsy chicken sandwich, Kim Kua as an appetizer - the perfect complement to your ramen experience.

The other reviews mention it too, service was bad. The main lady mixed up orders for a few people at the communal table and then got an attitude about it, blaming all of us.Food was just okay, nothing special. Don't plan on returning.

The noodles was pretty decent but we had a bad service experience. When my partner and I walked in, the waitress asked if we want a table or the bar in which we chose the table. She did warn us that if more people show up later in the night we might have to share the table. Glancing around the restaurant and seeing a few empty tables given it’s still early for dinner, we thought it’s okay so we proceeded with the table. However, just as we sat down and haven’t gotten to check out the menu, the waitress offered half of our table to the first couple that walks in, despite having other tables available. The couple decided to sit at our table over the bar stool area because later we found out they’re on a date, so we moved to the bar area for wanting privacy. The setup gave us a frustrating experience but we brushed it off and want to just have a good dinner. Because we ordered off the original table QR code, she served the noodle to the original table but realized we moved table and brought it to us (we understand that confusion and that’s all good, no problem), but she come to us with the food and an attitude - “that caused a problem”We’re trying our best to make a good experience but kept experiencing attitude from the server. All of this could be prevented with better expectation setting upfront. At a later point, we worked out they might save the empty tables in case a larger group shows up. If they have shared that information upfront instead of making us connecting the dots ourselves, we could’ve made an informed decision at the beginning. Also, Instead of accommodating to the customers due to the confusion, based on her attitude, we felt we were inconveniencing her when we moved to the bar and when she served us the food.
