Just had Oskar's delicious cheese pizza. Yum! A very good solid pizza slice. NY style. I am quite the pizza snob, having spent much of my life in and around NYC and New Haven and chasing down the best ones in those famed pizza meccas. The sauce was perfect, the crust has a very nice, almost malty flavor (goes well with beer!!!). And the cheese melts it all together the way some outer-borough NYC pizza parlors and boutique West Coast joints do, when they get it right. This pizza is delicious. Thanks Oskar! Yum!
