Came here during my first ever visit to Seattle and this spot did not disappoint!! Their wide array of baked items make it almost impossible to pick - but I do recommend their rotating pastries! I had a mushroom croissant-like pastry and a pear-yogurt sweet pastry, both were to die for. Service was immaculate, I felt so welcomed and appreciated the help selecting what to get. The space it large, inviting, and has tons of windows for natural light - the perfect spot to read a good book while munching on some yummy food and sipping on a delicious coffee!

Obviously their bread/pastries are world-class. But their Hyacinth Coffee, specifically the Nicaraguan, is absolutely phenomenal. It’s all I’ve been brewing at home lately. Also the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

The bread here is amazing but be prepared to sell a kidney first. Favorite is the sourdough rye ($13.80) which keeps well in the freezer. Coffee is also decent and there’s a nice patio outside. The smell of freshly baked bread is intoxicating. One thing to be aware of: they charge $1.80 for slicing your bread. Parking is difficult, so best visited on foot or bike.

I drove just shy of an hour to get a loaf of bread; I was told that she had just shut down her cash register and was only accepting cards. I told her I only had cash and she told me she would only accept cards. I asked her to take my cash and put it in her cash register for tomorrow which she rudely replied to no.If you are a business that accepts cash then you need to not be in such a hurry to go home and close out your cash. You need to accept cash the entire time you are open.1 hour I drove to buy your stupidly expensive bread only to be treated rudely. Please put on your website or doors that you only accept cash when it is convenient for you so I don't waste my time. You took an hour of my life that I cannot get back. You are RUDE, LAZY and need to learn about "Customer Service."

I'm in wonder of this place! How they make their crusts so crunchy but yet the inside dough so chewy is beyond me.... but take my money. I don't think you can go wrong with anything you get here. I do love their cinnamon rolls and their sour dough bread. Straight bangers. Cool aesthetic inside, like warehouse meets bake kitchen industrial feels. There is some inside and outside seating if you want to hang.

Always good bread. Love their sourdough loaf (and great they are now selling half loaves). Their savory pastries are also really nice

Great food, great vibe! Wish there was more seating, but it is quite the popular place. Pastries are incredible, and the orange clove mocha I had was excellent. A must-try!

Stellar quality bread and a rotating array of delicious smaller pastries. It's a good thing I don't live closer to this place or I'd be forever indulging in their baguettes. I don't tend to dine in, but service is prompt and the outdoor space seems like it would environment to linger once the weather is warmer.

I came here around 12 pm on a Sunday and there was no wait. I really wanted to try the sweet croissant but I think that was gone already. I got the cinnamon roll with frosting (costs extra but you need it) and the chocolate croissant. They were both good but not something that I am dying to go back for again. It's a bit more expensive than normal but makes sense because they don't expect you to tip there!
