Definitely my favorite location out of all the Skillets there are, well this is only the second diner location. It is just so big and spacious and the interior is so cute. Skillet is always super consistent with the quality of food and service so when I visited it did not disappoint. We tried some things we haven't had before and man, that kale caesar is probably my favorite caesar salad I have EVER had wow. And the jam burger so juicy and the softest bun. The cluck chub is also so good and the mixture f salty and sweet and the crunch, so delish The mac and cheese is eh, nothing special but still good Definitely visit them when the reopen!!

The vibes are so good here. Went very early on a weekday so had the place to myself. Cheerful staff and classic decor made a great experience. Good coffee that kept coming and I took a cup to go. Modern diner fare doesn't disappoint, actually some very tasty twists on the classics.

Such a clean, welcoming, and TASTY breakfast joint! The perfect balance of modern vibes, while still keeping that comfy diner feel. Our server was awesome and felt super genuine/friendly. She checked in the perfect amount and we had such a lovely meal to kick off our vacation :)I got the Chub with added avocado and it was the bomb diggity. Seriously, that jalapeño aioli with the bacon jam, plus the other ingredients, made it one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve EVER had. The croissant bun is super light and that makes it perfect with this sandwich! It would be too heavy if it had a traditional bun. The only thing I’d do different next time would be to get the fried chicken Chub instead of the bacon because their fried chicken would be sooo tasty in that sandwich. Dream combo, for sure!! ?

Stumbled across Skillet Diner and man I'm glad I did. The staff was nice and helped out with every question our party had. I had a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg cooked to your choice, with cheese on a croissant. Also a side of their potatoes. Which came with fried onions on top. Kinda threw me off but they went well with the sandwich. The sandwich was super delicious, the sausage was bigger than the croissant. It was delicious definitely recommend skillet Diner

While the restaurant was visually cute, everything else was kinda sucky.Host acted like it was a nuisance that we were there. We were sat and waited 30 minutes before we were greeted by a server, provided a menu, or given water. Also as a plus-size gal it was very tight in the small two-top booth.Food came out before our drinks and didn’t make up for the poor service. Veggies were undercooked, my “over-easy” egg was overcooked. There’s so many great food options in Seattle, I’d skip this mediocre food and impolite staff.

We came here for breakfast on our way to the Steelers vs. Seahawks game. It was a short walk from our downtown hotel & being able to put our name on the waitlist through their website before getting there really cut down our wait time. I had the avocado breakfast burrito plus bacon and it was really good. The "morning taters" were fine but pretty plain. My partner got the breakfast sammy and said there was way too much of the jalapeño aioli on it. The mimosa pitcher was a good deal, we actually struggled to finish it though with how much orange juice they put in it. They were out of cold brew so the server offered iced coffee as a replacement. It was definitely just hot coffee poured over ice so it came out extremely watered down. They were very busy and seemed a little understaffed, so service was fine but not stellar. Our food did come out pretty fast which was a plus. Overall, I'd come back if we're ever in Seattle again.

The food here is really amazing. We loved it. It was pretty busy so the ordering took a few extra minutes but it was worth the wait. I thought the server did a great job as well.

Not very vegetarian menu, but can substitute avocado for meat on a number of dishes. Could be substantially improved by adding spinach and fake meat to current menu.Vegetarian options: See above description. Limited options but wouldn't be hard to improve.

Everything was amazing start to finish! Jackie was awesome and gave us some good ideas to customize our plates! And don’t skip on the fried chicken!

The cranberry mimosas were yummy and the food was delicious. The best part, though was the incredible service we received!

Really upsetting. We were excited to finally find a place serving both breakfast and lunch. We walked in the door - waited by the please wait to be seated sign and 4+ workers walked by us multiple times, not once acknowledging us - didn’t say hi or even make eye contact with us. We waited for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. So we left

Was sat quickly but then left with no service for 20 plus minutes. Menu side prices were misleading and overpriced. Additional sides were 9 plus dollars for small portions. Seats were very uncomfortable. Overall food was good and brought out I'm a timely manner but staff was rude and very slow.
