Definitely my favorite location out of all the Skillets there are, well this is only the second diner location. It is just so big and spacious and the interior is so cute. Skillet is always super consistent with the quality of food and service so when I visited it did not disappoint. The vibes are so good here. Went very early on a weekday so had the place to myself. Cheerful staff and classic decor made a great experience. Good coffee that kept coming and I took a cup to go. Modern diner fare doesn't disappoint, actually some very tasty twists on the classics.
Such a clean, welcoming, and TASTY breakfast joint! The perfect balance of modern vibes, while still keeping that comfy diner feel. Our server was awesome and felt super genuine/friendly. She checked in the perfect amount and we had such a lovely meal to kick off our vacation :)I got the Chub with added avocado and it was the bomb diggity.
