When I'm in Seattle I like frequenting this location. The staff here are so friendly and relaxed that they make it feel more like a neighborhood coffee spot than a corporate chain.Yesterday afternoon I ordered an iced coffee on the app but then realized I didn't have my car keys. It took me over an hour to find them. When I came in to pick up the drink the barista noticed it had been there a long time and without me even asking offered to make another one since the ice was melting....read full review
Courtesy service from all employees. Clerk explained stars and how to use them. He helped me sign up for the Starbucks mobile app....Neat Deal!!Starbucks shot themselves in the foot when they increased the number of stars to get a free drink. Not a good way to keep a loyalty customer!Features: Masks are still required for service and staying inside the store. All employees are masked. Still happy to serve you and call you by name.
