Got the Normies pizza it was good, but they forgot the burrata that was suppose to come with it, and the only reason I got that pizza was to try out the burrata, the pizza smelled amazing and tasted good for my tastebud which is something to say because I get disappointed at everything I eat. Took off a star because they forgot what I thought would be the main ingredient. Wish they had pineapple :) for me to add on to a pepperoni pizza.
By far the closest NYC crust I've found in Seattle. The flavors and ingredients were top notch. The toppings were spread in a way that it seemed they cared. Highly recommend the Normie MacDonald, the hot honey is yummy.

I appreciated how beautifully charred the bottom of the pizza is, leaving a delightful and delicious mineral taste lingering in my mouth, even as I write this review an hour later. I ordered 4 slices Cheese, Normie MacDonald, Pepperoni and the the daily special with pesto, aged mozzarella, red onion and hot honey. The hot honey is not to be missed. I felt the wait time fit how busy it was and I am sure it gets busier than what I witnessed but I would say it's totally worth it....read full review
