the guy working there is extremely cheap. i asked for more pickles on my footlong as he had BARELY put any on there and he said no it already has enough. he was very rude in his manner of saying it and he also gave another customer attitude while i was there. not coming back.

This place spends time arguing with each customer that you can only get the sandwiches as they are on the board with no changes. I have never had that experience and being lectured that I could get the sandwich I have had for a decade "just this once" makes me end my time going to Subway.

11 May, 17:35, Subway Komo Place.Ordered a foot long sandwich for me and my sister to share. ASKED HER TO CUT IN HALF since we had to share our sandwich, but BUT THIS LADY decided to blantly refuse it with her face annoyed and told us that she had no time. Fyi, there was ONLY 1 customer waiting after us, and he waited for only a minute. SUCH AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I'll never come back.

I ordered on the app with my footlong pass, and they voided my order when I arrived to pick it up saying that they will not honor it. This is fraud and false advertising because the app says that this store is participating and the pass says that any store that takes online order must participate. I already filled a complaint with corporate.

I’ve been to subway in 4 different countries in the past 15 years and this was by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. It took over 15 minutes for me to get my food despite there being no one else in line in front of me or behind me. The server prepared an UberEats order as I walked in, and ignored me until she was done. She was slow, forgetful, rude and ended up forgetting to add my one of my cookies despite me asking for them twice. She also poked a hole in my bread when spreading avocado and tried to cover it by putting more avocado over it.

I come here a lot, I like the staff and have shared laughs with some of them! They're quick and to the point, also remember people who work here make minimum wage be nice and if you want to complain go make ur own sanny.
