This is one of the best, most flavourful, fried chicken I’ve ever had. A real hidden gem in Seattle! This place should have way more buzz, but they must be doing pretty well because the chicken quickly sells out a few hours after they open.Got the thigh, drum and stick, all spicy, plus pickles. All of them were 10 out of 10. Only misses were the hot sauce and banana ketchup. More like not enough supply! Get here early if you want a chicken thigh. I was 1st in line and they ran out of thighs 10 minutes after they opened. I got the spicy thigh and a leg and it was the biggest chicken thigh I think I’ve ever eaten. Extremely crunchy chicken and great flavor. Monggo Beans and rice were awesome. The Sweet Onion Hot Sauce is a MUST TRY. Not hot really but an awesome flavor and sauce for the chicken. Total seen here with drink came out to about $29 I think,...read full review

What a treat to have a menu where it’s all gluten free. At first I thought $8 seemed expensive for a chicken thigh, but they are huge!
