Authentic tasting and delicious Dan Dan Noodles in a classy/upscale bar setting conveniently located near Climate Pledge Arena and the rest of the Seattle Center. Attentive service and staff who care. Some of the best Sichuan food in Seattle

Delicious food and drinks, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff! I'll be back for sure.

Our first visit here. A fun, unique experience. Loved the ambience, creative cocktails, welcoming atmosphere and wonderful service. All that said, we didn't totally love the food. It wasn't bad by any means; just not our preference. A little too salty, a little limited with the menu. Not sure we'd go back, but if you're into really spicy hot, and love a fun hipster date option, I would recommend it.

I had a hankering for some Szechuan tongue-numbing spice, and this place scratched that itch. Ordered the Dan Dan noodles. The flavor was good, but I wasn't a fan of the texture of the noodles. They were thin and squiggly like ramen. I'm more accustomed to, and much prefer a thicker noodle for this dish. I am kind of a sucker for pork belly buns, so I had to try these too. It wasn't as exciting flavor-wise as the noodles but the texture was perfect. The pork was supple and the buns were pilliowy soft.

Love the ambiance of this place and the service. They're welcoming, attentive, and very helpful if you have questions about the menu. The only set back is while the seasoning of the food is on point, the meat in several dishes this evening were overcooked. The short ribs were dry and the chicken shiitake dumplings were too. Otherwise, a great experience.

Well my food friends, when going to a show or game at Climate Pledge Arena, my wife found this amazing Asian Infused restaurant with Szechuan spices and heat. The easy to follow menu selections were easy to navigate with the help of our wonderful server. Our selections were delivered timely without having to let them know that we and most the guests were attending a hockey game that night. The place was packed so make your reservation to get in. Started off with a Chocolate Martini that was wonderful from the bar.We flew through the delicious appetizers and on to the main courses. The ribs were spectacular and plenty as a main or shared appetizer if you like. The portions are filling so pace yourself and not over order. Then we had a special guest stop by our table to check on us. It was Matt who was one of two owners. He was very polite and spent his quality time with us. Then he said I have a little special surprise for you and left the table and came back with a bottle of top tier Tequila with glasses as a thank you for coming in. What a great gesture and a real gentleman to offer new guests. Great experience Matt and Ben and we will be back and tell all our friends to please try Tyger Tyger in Seattle. All Five Stars!! Cheers- Michael

I overall like this place, I just feel flavor-wise most of my favorite things here taste similar--that asian spicy chili oil. Something that I love about this restaurant is the number of vegetarian/vegan options that they offer. I'd say their ambiance is slightly upscale; kind of like a date night feel. I've tried: Dan Dan Mian--I somehow thought that Dan Dan Mians were supposed to be on the bland side. This one is packed with flavor--spicy peanut buttery flavor Rockfish w/Sour Mustard Greens--I love this dish but very spicy Prawn/Chive Dumpling--This was tasty, also spicy I think overall you need to enjoy spice to eat here--walking distance if you're catching something at Climate Pledge.

All of the food is too salty. Good flavors, thoughtful dishes, but difficult to eat Updated from previous review on 2024-01-06

Service was very nice and fast. We got the soft shell fried rice, rockfish, and beef and all three were excellent. The flavors were diverse and fun. Overall great experience. Highly recommend
