I'm a bit of a difficult customer, and the staff was super sweet, respectful and helpful. I asked for an oolong tea but I wanted honey and not sugar, so they gave me a honey black tea with an oolong base. When I received it, I said I wanted hot, not cold, so they immediately re-made it hot, no problem. It was perfect. An absolute must! These folks know how to make good tea! If you happen to be in the area, you must stop here. A great stop before a climate pledge event or if you’re in Seattle center. Tucked away on 1st Ave. The taro tea is to die for. I get it at 25% sweetness, hot. It tastes like Madeline cookies. So yummy!
