Great authentic family style Chinese food! Only went one time so far and we tried the fried tofu with spiced salt, young chow fried rice and pan fried pork buns. They were all so tasty especially the fried tofu! The tofu is lightly crisp and so soft in the inside. The fried rice was a little bit on the salty side though. This Chinese restaurant has authentic dishes, and we ordered cumin lamb, pork and cabbage steamed dumplings, marinated cucumber, and dry pot cauliflower with pork. The flavors remind me of my time in China as a teenager. The handmade pork dumplings were my favorite. The servers were friendly but overwhelmed during busy times; the owner might consider hiring more staff for weekend dinners. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving genuine Northern Chinese flavors.
