Tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago. The food was really good. Went with a group of friends for lunch and everything that came to the table looked yummy, as everyone each got something different. I got the Kimchi Cream and my sister got the Tofu Rice Bowl. Both were super good. The atmosphere was great. Will definitely be back to try more things.

The food has always been fairly good. So it sucks I have to make this review. Reina was the person that took my order. 40 minutes later and I have to ask where my food is. They forgot to make it because it got ‘busy’. I use to work restaurants so I know how it is but her attitude when asked if they forgot my order was appalling. You forgot to make my food and make me wait over 40 minutes just to give me attitude and excuses instead of apologizing and being pleasant.waited almost 10 more minutes after that. Won’t be back purely based on customer service (50min wait for take out) and Reinas rudeness.

Exceptional experience at this distinguished library of culinary arts. The ambience exudes sophistication, with an aroma that rivals the finest spices of Gordon Ramsay. One who walks into this legendary establishment will come out with their taste buds forever changed.

Friendly, communicative, and great customer service. I originally ordered the Kimchijigae and was actually charged for the yukgaejang, which was more expensive. However, I didn't catch it, and the employee later came to my table to inform me of the mistake and promptly corrected the issue. The best part is the selection. The restaurant offers a unique fusion with a selection from mini restaurant food stands Korean (Appa's), Japanese (Don Don), Japanese inspired pasta (Pa Su Ta) and Hawaiian (Peters Kitchen restaurant is linked, cannot cross serve), and Boba tea! Some dishes could use slight improvement, such as their Gimbap and Karaage. However, their Dynamite Yubo was delicious. They are actively working on improving their dishes, seeking feedback to further improve, which, to me, is refreshing to see such a positive attitude with the goal of consistent improvement!Sadly, at Pop Up Kitchen, they currently can not serve alcohol. However, the food, atmosphere, and people are great! Highly recommend!P.S love the Dynamite Yubu!

Really good food but weird service. They messed up my mother in law's order and we're weirdly hostile about it. But the food was really good! I got the miso stroganoff (I forget the name) and my MIL had the chicken curry (unbreaded). Both were delicious and huge servings.

I've only been twice so far, but have really enjoyed it both times. There are so many new items to try and the different restaurants sharing the space are all fast and accommodating. I'm picky and the staff have been so kind when I have to ask for an ingredient to be excluded. I know what a pain that is to deal with and always appreciate when restaurants will go the extra mile to accommodate my requests. The atmosphere is fun and casual, and the pricing is really reasonable too (especially for food of such high quality).

Delicious! Amazing staff, although if you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend it can be quite a wait.

Took my little one in here for a late lunch after her eye apt. (not a hard sell with the Boba buddies shop in here) The karaage don was fantastic! This place has so many choices, it's a little overwhelming. Definitely going to try something a little less conservative next time. Definitely busy for a reason.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy a variety of Asian cuisines, Pop Up Kitchen in Silverdale is the perfect spot. Pop Up Kitchen is a unique concept that features different stalls offering dishes from Japan, Korea, Hawaii, and more. You can order from any stall and mix and match your favorites, or try something new every time.I visited Pop Up Kitchen recently and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the food. I ordered the katsu curry from the Japanese stall, the korean fried chicken from the Korean stall, and the boba tea from the drink stall. The katsu curry was crispy and tender, with a rich and spicy sauce. The korean fried chicken was juicy and crunchy, with a sweet and tangy glaze. The boba tea was refreshing and creamy, with chewy tapioca pearls. Everything was delicious and satisfying, and the portions were generous. The service was also friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and casual. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the food was ready in no time. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and the decor was colorful and modern. I enjoyed the music and the vibe of the place, and I felt very welcome and comfortable.Pop Up Kitchen is a great place to go with friends, family, or even by yourself. You can find something for everyone, and you can have a lot of fun exploring the different options. Pop Up Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in Silverdale, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Asian food or wants to try something different. Pop Up Kitchen is a gem in Kitsap, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes1234

I simply love this place originally it was just Pete's Kitchen but now it's like this awesome Asian Euro fusion place and each counter has is own special blend of flavors one is like Itallian meets Japan another is like Greek meets Korean one is like Texan meets Hawaiian and all of them are soo good and unique so many interesting and delicious creations to chose from. I highly recommend this place. My two all time favorites are the Misubi and the Strogatini but if your feeling really adventurous try the Kraken it's simply amazing.
