I recommend Brava’s for their food, HOWEVER the front desk/phone orders need to work on their customer service skills and manners. I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 being a custom and when we arrived home noticed they made an error and added an additional topping, the family didn’t order. Adding fruit to a Canadian bacon/black olive is grounds for punishment. When I called to address the issue, the cashier was extremely rude and talking over me. She said all they could do was offer a $5 discount and when I asked to talk to the Manager, because she was being so rude I was told they’d leave a note and the Manager/Owner would get back to me if they had time, due to their busy schedule. As a paying customer who tips generously even with phone orders- I may think twice and drive the extra distance to go eat at Contos!
