“So…went by here today. Arrived at 3:18 to a sign that says “be right back” in the window. It’s been over 20 min and still no one. Not sure what’s going on but never encountered this with anyone who works during the week and we took the drive to this stand cause my daughter loves their smoothies.“
“I will never stop coming here. Seriously one of the best coffee huts I've been to. All of the workers are wonderful, and the coffee is fairly priced and tastes delightful. They also offer milk bones for doggos! I will keep coming back every Monday. Thanks, guys!“
“Walking into this establishment was like entering a portal into a cozy little cafe and it was really peaceful. The service was excellent and the staff was super sweet. I got the shoyu shrimp ramen and it was excellent. Will definitely return. Thanks to the staff!“
“This is a cute, quaint cafe with good music. We were greeted as soon as we walked in with friendly smiles. I built my own salad and my partner had the sebi. Everything was so refreshing. I was fresh off of a three-day fast and this was just what I needed. DELICIOUS. I will definitely become a regular here because I've been cleaning up my eating.“
“We were looking for a cute and intimate coffee shop to go to to have a meeting. Coffee Kitchen was just that. It was so cleaned, well designed, and so cozy and intimate. There are a ton of options on the menu it was hard to pick one, but I had the breakfast waffle and an honey almond latte. Both were AMAZING! Absolutely DELICIOUS. I loved it and highly recommend you give it a try.“
“Nice clean personal coffee shop. Highly recommend come here and study before it gets too popular. They do have large group rooms, which feels very homey, not like boring conference rooms, which can reserved. Definitely come check this place out“
“I dont want to review this place, its going to ruin a hidden gem....... I have to review it to expose this hidden gem. Its a double edge sword, Phenomenal food, albeit the speed is lacking (one awesome girl crew) so dont expect a quick bite..... Its an absolute must visit. Also, bikers are big babies so dont be scared of where it is.“
“I had lunch today at Sofi’s with a friend and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered a French dip with salad and a strawberry smoothie and I loved it! Not only was the service fast and great, the atmosphere was very cozy feeling and made you feel like you were at a friends house. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it!“
“Excellent inviting cafe, friendly staff and delicious food. Kids found this establishment for us to have brunch at before the ice show at Sprinker recreation. They have a market on the opposite side of the restaurant as well. Recommend to dine here, we'll be back.“
“Intentions Juice and Smoothie Tacoma is a delightful gem that I never tire of visiting. The ambiance is always a vibe - clean, comfortable, and filled with great music that sets the perfect tone. The art from local artists adds a unique touch, and the curated retail offerings from local makers (Black Sunflower candles and more!) are a lovely addition. The food is consistently fresh, made to order, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to order ahead when necessary. The staff is a standout - always polite, professional, and genuinely happy to assist. I love Intentions Juice and Smoothie Tacoma and you will too!“
“The barista was so friendly and sweet! We loved the flavor combinations on the secret menu, we tried the Samoa and the Pumpkin Pie latte and both were delicious, not too sweet and plenty of flavor. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.“
“Food: Absolutely delicious! The cute sign drew me in with the promises of crepes. And it did not disappoint. I ordered the Wild mushroom crepe and it was tasty. I love that I get to see the chef preparing my meal. I'll have to try their desserts next time, the Tea Cakes are made in house. Service: order at the counter and sit anywhere Ambiance: Cute French theme going on, it's charming and inviting. Come check them out!“
“I tried the mudslide frappe today and it was my first time at this coffee stand. The location is great and ease of getting in and out was great. The code drink was fantastic. The customer service was "meh", barista didn't seem happy or wanting to be there. I would try again and recommend to others.Wheelchair accessibility: Drive up only option no indoor area“
“Great coffee in to go drive up fashion with little muss or fuss... The staff are friendly and quick but the place can load up with customers sometimes in an awkward line . Adria served us for the week we were in town. She did us many favors including a to go small bag of decaf in a baggie because they don't offer a full pound to take back on our flight to home..My wife said her travel bag never smelled so wonderful when we arrived home from the airport... Thanks ADRIA....“
“Amazing breakfast sandwiches with vegan options including a vegan croissant!! You don't see that very often. Great funky vibes with an attached vintage shopVegetarian options: Vegan/vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu and regular sandwiches can be altered to have vegan meats“
“We came by earlier today and although I forgot the lady who was working around 9am when we stopped by was just a beautiful soul! She was very patient and helpful with having it be our first time trying it out!! The drinks and food were amazing! ♥️“
“I had a terrible experience at another coffee company stand so after that I started going to good vibes in puyallup right by dons and 711 across from the fair. I started talking to the manager who took my frustrations seriously about this other stand that is not good vibes and said she’d make sure to never treat her customers the same way. I go everyday now, she knows me by name.. knows my order and is seriously the sweetest person in this world. We love good vibes and will continue to support you! And the manager at the DT location deserves the biggest gold star! Good job!! You own a great coffee stand!!!“
“Hole in the wall appeal. Ordered bacon and eggs. Hash browns came as threads, never seen them cut so this, which made them super greasy. The eggs were cooked to order. One lady did alot of work, another spent most of the time on her phone talking about finding bar to go dancing. I had the good waitress, who brought this from a 3 to a 4.“
“This is my local coffee shop. I come and sit and enjoy my cuppa almost every day. Staff is wonderful, friendly and caring. Sometimes orders take longer than at other places, but it is always done right. They also make a lot of their ingredients from scratch (the caramel for example).“
“Food was awesome! I ordered the Turkey Cran sandwich on the homemade crescent roll and it was filling and wonderful. The Crescent roll made the difference. Soup was very flavorful but I only had two bites because half a sandwich filled me up. Definitely going to order from there again!“
“We came by earlier today and although I forgot the lady who was working around 9am when we stopped by was just a beautiful soul! She was very patient and helpful with having it be our first time trying it out!! The drinks and food were amazing! ♥️“
“Down home cafe vibe and food. Huge portions and tastes like grandma is cooking in the back for you. They no longer have gluten free items marked on the menu, but have plenty of options, including gluten free pancakes. I safely eat gf breakfast here at least monthly and never get sick.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“This place is my new favorite place. I have been there 8 or 10 times the past few weeks and tried almost everything on the lunch menu and have only been delighted with the food every time. Its hard to pick a favorite but the Reuben is hands down the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had and others who have eaten here with me agree. I have not figured out exactly how the dynamic works here but Ivy who does most of the serving seems to have things in control im not sure if she is an owner or the chef or if the chef is the owner or what is happening on that level so I don't want to step on anyones toes but she is doing a fantastic job as the face of Spring Lake Cafe. The service is impeccable, the ambience is inviting and the food is delicious with a consistency hard to find in the new normal of society. Its refreshing to go to a place and know that it really does not matter what you order because you will enjoy it fir sure. I hope that people treat these guys well because the prices are out of a roll back time machine or something. I feel like I am getting several Michelin stars of hospitality here but I'm paying McDonald's prices. I cant say enough how good this place is. Go to the Spring Lake Cafe for lunch or you wish you had.“
“Love it. A mile from home, the staff is awesome, they have a nifty little punch card that gets you a free drink every 10 drinks. Coffee is good, plenty of flavor options. Hard to get there with all the roadwork but I'll walk if I have to in order to support this local business.“
“After living in the area for 5 years, we finally took a shot at Cowgirl coffee. My wife is not a coffee drinker but loves Hot Chocolate and when she told me that I may actually like their Hot Chocolate. So, I took the plunge and got myself a Hot Chocolate. Oh my it is the best I have ever had. Whatever they do to get the Chocolate to dissolve completely is nothing short of magic. It is very smooth, just the right temperature on a cold day, and they don't skimp on the Chocolate.Keep in mind that I have tried Starbucks and Gravity Coffee... This really puts them to shame. They are also very friendly, they seem to know the area quite well, AND it is on the main drag. It is close to other restaurants, the Rodeo grounds are within walking distance, and the 4th of July parade is literally right across the street! You have gotta give the Hot Chocolate a try!“
“Bubble Island has the same friendly atmosphere as they did years ago. Their drink quality is the same. The wall is still filled with polaroids from many years ago. Even with the new owners throughout the years, it remains nostalgic to many people. Your typical smoothie/bubble tea shop.“
“I have tried boba shops, chain and independently owned, up and down the I-5 corridor, from Woodinville to Portland. I have a very good sense of taste/smell and all too often detect a bitter aftertaste in boba milk teas. I would rank this shop at 3rd place amongst all that I've tried. No bitter aftertaste! Perfect sweetness level. Only outdone by two shops, in my opinion, because the dairy product they use doesn't have that perfect creamy taste. All in all, pretty good! Will return whenever I am in the area. Service was friendly and SUPER fast! In and out of the shop in under 5 minutes total. Faster than most places with drive-through service.“
“When visiting Creswick we normally go to Le Peche Gourmande for the lovely French pastries. However, on our recent visit their sit down at table area was closed and they only offered Take Away. So we moved down a few doors and tried Red Fox Lounge. It's a stretch to call this place a lounge, it's more like a basic coffee shop with amazing pies all made on the premises. I notice some reviewers thought the pies were expensive. If you want an el cheapo pie get a frozen pack of four and twenty's from the supermarket. If you want quality expect to pay a little more. We loved this modest 'mum and dad' enterprise, the couple running the place were very friendly and the coffee and hot chocolate plus our cakes were good. So real compared to the other place.“
“The museum is a lovely place to visit in Tacoma. There is parking under the museum for reasonable price, or street parking. It is on the smaller side, I took about 2 hours to look at everything. The day i visited, it was not too busy, so it was great being able to explore at your own pace and not bumping into others. The glass blowing studio is a must stop! Also the gift shop was worth checking out they are expensive but unique gifts and souvenirs.“
“Was looking for a good spot to get some work done on my laptop. This place did not disappoint. Very friendly, and fast service. I always get a caramel latte at Cafés, and it was fine. Atmosphere was great. It's often hard to find a place to work on music. Some lightings make it hard to see the software, and of course noise levels also contribute. There was a group of people talking when I came in, so I was a bit nervous about noise, but was pleasantly surprised to find none of these problems were present.Parking: Only a couple of spots open when I arrived. Plenty of open spaces when I left.“
“Some people say their service is rude. I don't think this is true. They're just German af so they speak very aggressively. My husband and I always panic when it's our turn because we don't want to hold them up but we don't know what we're doing. They always help us out and we always get great food. The ladies on the bakery/pastry side have always been lovely and amazing. Good food at both the bakery and deli.“
“To start, they use the best coffee beans (Dillanos), and the staff are always friendly. I even had a barista ask me if i was okay one time a few years ago. She seemed very concerned, and i thought it was odd because i was in a great mood after work. I realized later that day, she had seen the bruises on my arm from lifting boxes at work. It gave me a good laugh, and it was so sweet. Even the new hires have done a great job on my specialty frap for the most part, so they must train well. I also love when i get my kids an italian soda and they'll always give us dum dum suckers and sometimes add sprinkles on the whipped cream too. The kids and i are also obsessed with the smokey chicken bacon paninis.“
“It's a homie kind of place meaning like old school back home the food is good the service is great and it's like family there's no other way to put it than that I used to go about once a week I moved out of state since I retired I'll be back it's been 14 months that's the first place I'm going for breakfast I highly recommend it if you like good old family cafe Atmosphere“
